A vacation rental for 6 people on the banks of the Loire!

  • Renovated cottage with all comforts for 6 people on the banks of the Loire.

    Entrance from automated gate with private parking. Enclosed and private outdoor area with swimming pool, accessible from June 1st to September 30th, heated by heat pump to 24 degrees maximum (7mx3.5m), bowling alley, barbecue and picnic area in a wooded garden, with the proximity of our horses and donkeys. In the evening this space can be lit up for convivial moments with the family.
    FULLY ENCLOSED, HEATED SWIMMING POOL and accessible only during the SUMMER SEASON, from June 1st to September 30th.

    Our house is adjoining the gîte but a fence separates the two places.

    Sleeping area and sanitary facilities upstairs; recent fully equipped kitchen and air-conditioned living room on the first floor.
    Free Wi-Fi, fibre installed on 2 August

    Cross the street on foot and enjoy a moment of reverie on the banks of the Loire.
    All shops less than 10 minutes away.

    - One-hour wellness massage at the gîte for exclusively female guests (60 euros)

À refaire sans hésiter

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille . Nous avons bien profité du jardin, de la piscine, de la maison . Merci à nos hôtes qui sont adorables, très à l'écoute . Bien que leur maison soit mitoyenne ils sont très discrets, ce qui est assez rare.Un très joli séjour ! Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute!

Gîte d'exception

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce petit coin de paradis même si le temps n'était pas vraiment au rdv tout le temps. Les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles si besoin. Je recommande sans hésitation pour des vacances reposantes. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

Top vakantie!

Onze 11 daagse verblijf hier was erg goed! Eigenaar is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het weer was ook erg goed, waardoor we volop van het zwembad hebben kunnen genieten. Hebben ook veel van de omgeving kunnen zien, veel op pad geweest. Als je van het bekijken van kastelen/chateau's houdt, hoef je je zeker niet te vervelen.

Une maison très agrable

Une rénovation parfaite le mobilier en parfait état un electo ménager fonctionnel une literie excellente le tout d'une propreté remarquable. Ceruse sur le gâteau une magnifique piscine implantée sur un terrain ombragé entouré de poules moutons coq ânes chevaux un enchantement pour les enfants. Pour résumé de belles et bonnes vacances guidé par des hôtes charmante et toujours disponibles

Agréable gîte près de Saumur

Agréable gîte aux bords de Loire et proche de Saumur. Châteaux, caves et troglodytiques à proximité pour visiter la région. Super séjour en famille avec des hôtes disponibles et très gentils. Merci pour nous avoir permis de découvrir votre belle région. Tres belle surprise. Nous reviendrons sûrement et nous recommandons vivement pour des familles souhaitant découvrir la région.

Location au calme et agréable malgré la proximité avec nos hôtes, très peu d’échanges et je crois qu’en 20 ans c’est la première fois où je ne me sens pas le bienvenu dans une location ! Bon séjour quand meme avons bien profité de l’extérieur et des caves aux alentours!

Nous avons passés un agréable week-ends. Très bon accueil des propriétaires (simple discret et efficace) ce que nous recherchions. La location est très propre et super bien équipé nous avons manqué de rien. Lespace extérieur est parfait et bien équipé egalament. A refaire aux beaux jours pour profiter de la piscine 😊

Excellent holiday

From a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift to having our own pool this is a great place to stay. Our hosts, Laetitia and Amelien, we're delightful and always there to help. The accommodation has everything we needed and the location is perfectly placed to explore the Chateau's and museums in the area. A great place for a family with lots of space outside. We would highly recommend staying here. Thanks again to our hosts!!!!

Gite spacieux pour 6 personnes partagé avec des amis et leurs jumelles de 7 mois. Tout équipé, draps et serviettes de bain inclus dans les 3 chambres à l'étage. Toilettes à part de la salle de bain. Vaisselle et nécessaire de base à la cuisine, torchons et pastilles lave vaisselle et lave linge.Piscine chauffée et barbecue dans le jardin en face du logement. Places de parking, portail sécurisé.Commodités à 5 km à Bourgueil (supermarché, pharmacie, petits commerces, station essence).

Perfect little Gite for families or people with Pets

The pictures don’t do the property justice, we were a couple who went with our three dogs. The Gite was spacious and had all the amenities you would need, dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, and the kitchen was well equipped. The garden is enclosed, perfect for reactive dogs, the pool area is gated off. The garden has a bbq, and a number of games. The family running the Gite were welcoming, and let us have our privacy. The location is brilliant, there’s a large supermarket less than a ten min drive, it’s also close to a number of small towns and chateaus.

My husband and I have just returned from a fabulous 2 week holiday with our 2 dogs. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. There if you need anything but not intrusive of our holiday. The gite is lovely. Bed very comfortable and everything clean. Hot water all the time. Everything you need in the kitchen. Air con unit in the lounge and fans upstairs. The garden is the gem. It is huge with mature trees for shade, a pétanque pitch, picnic table and bbq. A few steps across the shared driveway but then totally enclosed and safe for your pets and or children. The pool was heated to a lovely temperature too. Chickens, a cockerel, a pony and horse wander around the other side of the fence which was lovely. Peaceful and so relaxing. We enjoyed a trip to Chateau D’Usse… highly recommend! Dog friendly too. Also twice we walked along the river to La Chapelle sur Loire and had a fabulous lunch at the restaurant Nuances. Our dogs swam in the river along the route. (You need to walk approx 200 metres in the wrong direction along the road to find the path to drop down to the river side path) We also enjoyed exploring Chinon old town very much. Nearby (5 min drive) in Bourgueil is the massive Super U Supermarket which is brilliant. Also in Bourgueil are numerous wineries. We visited the ones near the Abbey. We had a lovely impromptu lunch in the gardens of hotel le thouarsais - chez Pylo’gis. Dog friendly and so welcoming. We hope to go back and would highly recommend.

Un WE en famille très réussi

Gite très fonctionnel, accueil familiale très sympathique. WE parfait pour des enfants de 8 et 10 ans, parfait pour cette tranche d'âge. Proximité de lieux touristiques de choix. Une bouteille de vin et jus de fruits pour nous attendre. Lits faits et confortables. Piscine chauffée et sure. Nous sommes très contents.

Magnifique séjour !

Gite très bien équipé où tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. Il est situé au calme mais les commerces sont à quelques minutes (en voiture) et c'est un point de départ idéal pour toutes les promenades de cette belle région. Laetitia, son mari et leurs filles sont extrêmement gentils et accueillants. Nos 2 toutous avaient un bel espace à leur disposition. Il n'a manqué que quelques degrés supplémentaires pour profiter de la piscine et du barbecue, à l'occasion d'un prochain séjour, sûrement !

un petit bonheur

Un accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente comme à la maison. Les lits sont faits à notre arrivée, serviettes de bains, des produits de tous les jours sont mis à disposition. tout est bien pensé. Ca faisait longtemps que je n'avais eu une agréable surprise en réservant. Allez-y les yeux fermés. Bon séjour.
