Chalet Artedaz has an area of 117m² and can accommodate eight people. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, Accessed by an outside flight of nine stairs, It is situated on the first and second floors of a historic building right in the heart of La Clusaz village. 

There are four well-designed and comfortable bedrooms. There are several seating areas, where you can find your own space to relax, or enjoy the home cinema. The kitchen area is well equipped and functional.

Whether you are with family or friends, Chalet Artedaz is perfect if you love being in the heart of the action, and want to enjoy all the entertainment of La Clusaz as well as some home comforts.

Please note: there is no garage at the apartment, and no private parking available, as the property is right in the centre of town. There are short term paid parking spaces not too far away, including behind the chalet, and a 15 minute "drop-off" zone in front of the Tourist Office opposite the chalet. You can use these spaces for unloading and loading your car. The apartment is located on the top floor of a building, on the town square. There is a restaurant (La Chavinette) on the ground floor.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
