âToppservice i recieption. Detta trots att man glömde/inte hade tillförlitlig rutin att Ă„terlĂ€mna inlĂ€mnat pass. Hade begĂ€rt rum för funktionshindrad och detta kunde man inte tillmötesgĂ„. Fick dĂ„ en uppgradering utan kostnad till ett motsvarande rum. Att man inte hade rum för funktionshindrad hade inte meddelats oss. Mkt trevlig recieption!!!â
âStannade en natt dĂ„ jag var pĂ„ genomresa, bra hotel ligger nĂ€ra autostrada. För att vara i Italien sĂ„ hade dom en kass carbonara. Frukosten Ă€r jĂ€ttebra om man vill ha kakor och toast, men om man vill ha annat sĂ„ fĂ„r man leta, detta verkar vara generellt för Italien.â

âBeautiful place - you will need a car to stay here - its about 10 minutes outside of Arezzo by car. The place has an infinity pool that overlooks the farm fields below - its truly relaxing.â
âA truly magnificent villa located in the middle of the scenic Tuscany countryside. Food and service was great and the room was very clean and neat. We met the owner and he gave us a bottle of wine at the dinner. The pool was heated and at a great location. We had our own car and could easily explore all the vineyards in the area! The honor bar system is convenient and you can just pour as much wine as you like 24/7!
The only complaints would be that the dinner menu is fixed (and at a fixed...

Wonderful restorated for 40 years ago by a doctor who baught it.
Meny different areas to sit at outdoor and indoor.
The rooms was in perfect condition.
The staf very friendly.
The Villa is so what you want to have when visiting Tuscany.
It is just at the edge of the City Figline Valdarno.
So you can go out for dinner if you donât use the hotels restaurant wich was good.
The breakfast was standard but okay and had everything you want for breakfast.
The have two pools, one indoor with sunbeds outside in the hotel area and an outdoor pool on the other side of the street on a hill.
We loved the hotel because it was very nice decorated."

"This place has so much potential as it has a beautiful view and the surroundings with the gardens are beautiful but that's also the only positive experience.
The service is terrible and the people working there are rude. There is breakfast but no options for lunch at the hotel which is somewhat irritating as there are no restaurants close by. The rooms where extremely outdated and smell terribly of mold. It stuck on my clothes despite washing for some time after.The dinner was probably the worst I've ever had through all the times I've been to Italy. One of the dishes was not even edible and the rest underwhelming at best.
The main reason we chose this hotel was the horse farm and the possibility to go horse riding. When we arrived it was not possible to book any horse riding for any of the days we were there despite it literally being one of the activities listed for the hotel. When we talked to the receptionist the girl working there was literally rude about it as if it was our fault that we had not looked it up in advance to know that the horse farm is actually seperately run and not by the hotel. Information that should have gotten when we booked.
I would not go back as there are plenty of beautiful places in Tuscany so having only a nice view is not cutting it."
