The outdoor space is also a major asset of this house, a most soothing space surrounded by pines, the ideal pool area for a swim or sunbathing! Whilst the garden furniture and terrace invite you to enjoy breakfast there, a summer salad, then to settle comfortably in the corner sofa to read or sip a cool drink.



The living area welcomes you in a gentle atmosphere brightened by colourful touches. You will discover the lounge with a blue sofa for a moment of relaxation, then the dining room which invites you to share moments around good meals. Finally, you will find the modern blue kitchen, equipped with everything necessary to prepare good dishes with ease: induction hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.



When fatigue sets in, you will be able to rest in one of the two bedrooms in the house. The first, orange-coloured, can accommodate 3 travellers thanks to its double bed and single bed. The second, blue in colour, invites you into its large double bed for a good night's sleep.



A modern bathroom with toilet is also available as well as a hairdryer, a washing machine, air conditioning throughout the accommodation and 5 parking spaces.
