Holiday home located 200m from shops, 600m walk from the beach, market and port. The 85m² house comprises a 30m² living room with open-plan kitchen, 3 large bedrooms and a bathroom. At the rear, you will enjoy a 400m² landscaped garden, bathed in sunshine and completely private. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave and coffee machine; It opens onto the living/dining room with a television. All three bedrooms have at least one double bed (140 cm). The bathroom has a bathtub and toilet. Outdoor furniture (barbecue, sun loungers, tables, and chairs) is available. Cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, bathroom cleaning) is the responsibility of the tenant; otherwise, a cleaning fee of €135 will be charged and paid on site. Pets are not allowed. Option to rent an adjoining, fully renovated studio for 2 people (see ad on Le Bon Coin "Studio Rental"). Minimum 7-night stay (Saturday to Saturday) - negotiable for the May legal holidays. La Faute-sur-Mer is located 1 hour from Les Sables-d'Olonne, La Rochelle, and Île de Ré, and approximately 1.5 hours from Puy du Fou. "Ogliss Parc" water park and "Indian Forest" amusement park are 20 km away. On-site amenities include a 9-hole golf course, a large skatepark for professionals and beginners, a children's playground, a casino, seasonal entertainment, and numerous cycling and pedestrian paths.
