Great home on the lake
Beautiful, comfortable, clean and well stocked! Wish we had a golf cart to ride back up from the dock - had to catch our breath at the top! Good exercise!

Norris Lake 2023
Beautiful home with spectacular views. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to plan family meals. Having extra refrigerator was also very nice. Beds are comfortably, plenty of towels in bathrooms. Stairs in back of home and in house easy for our almost 2 and 4 year old grandchildren to maneuver. Walk down to dock not to steep, grandchildren also able to do this by just holding one of our hands. Wonderful home for family vacation. Very close to Marina to rent boat. Community pool and playground 1/4 mile from home, we visited everyday with grandchildren, they loved it! We highly recommend this home. We would definitely rent this home again!

Fawn LN Memories
Just got back from our vacation to Norris Lake, and had an Amazing time. Property was perfect four our group of 6 Adults and 4 Children. Location to Marina's, restaurants, and resort was ideal. its been a few years since we have been to the area and found the perfect spot to spend our vacation! Already planning to return for a future visit. Hosts were incredible with communication, and the amenities were as advertised. Thank You for sharing your place with us, its a trip we will not soon forget.

Everything we wanted!
We loved everything about this property! Our kids and grandkids took over the lower level. They loved that it had two full bathrooms. We have stayed at many properties over the years and this one had the most amazing lake views from just about every room on both floors. Their is a paved path to the covered dock and we found it well equipped. The property manager was quick to answer questions.

Thanksgiving Fun
Great property for a Thanksgiving Family Getaway. Fully stocked kitchen and ample dining space. Bonus - a beautiful view while spending your time prepping the meals! There was ample sleeping accommodations and plenty of bathrooms.

Family Time at Fawn Memories
Lovely location on the lake! Beautiful morning sunrise! Owners are very responsive to any questions or concerns. The house is perfectly set for a family with two living spaces. Love the downstairs living space and downstairs bedrooms! With the master on the first floor. Great layout for a family. One level can have quiet time and the other level can be games, TV and fun. It was perfect for our family. Highly recommend!

Property was as good (or even better) than I remembered from last year’s stay. New dock, new lifts, some new furniture, well appointed and super clean. Great location, great property and great owners - you can’t go wrong!

Lovely Norris Lake Retreat
We had a wonderful stay over the past week. Accommodations exceeded our expectations, the kitchen is large and well-equipped, the views from the deck are breathtaking, and the home is clean and very comfortable. We had an amazing time, we hope to be back again someday!

Rejuvenation station
Property owner is quick to respond. Beautiful, peaceful location for a rejuvenating weekend getaway! The closest store/food was about 30 min away so make sure to bring what you need so you can enjoy your time on the lake!

Beautiful Getaway!
We stayed here for the weekend to celebrate my mother’s 60th birthday and it was perfect. Location is beautiful and there are so many deer. We must have counted 50 each time we went in and out. House is perfect. Everyone was comfortable, felt like home. Nice quite area. Check out the winery when you go. Blackberry slushie!

Awesome Weekend Getaway
Thoroughly enjoyed our quiet COVID-19 weekend getaway. Our hope was to simply relax with my wife’s best friend and her husband. Mission accomplished! The home is situated on a quiet lane overlooking Norris Lake. Being there during the off-season, our only company were the deer that wandered freely. The weather was perfect which made golfing at the Greens and boating on the lake that much more enjoyable. Our accommodations were comfortable and made it easy to unwind and relax.

Beautiful Home & great location
We spent the weekend with our adult children. Our stay was in the fall, and the colors were beautiful. The location is truly breathtaking; with a dock and a place for jet skis. You can fish off the dock. Gorgeous views from all rooms. The house was so well provisioned and very clean. We would highly recommend for any season of the year.

Beautiful home, beautiful lake, beautiful week
We travel a lot... all over the US and abroad. And yet, tucked away, just about an hour from our home is beautiful Norris Lake and Fawn Memories. That week in August is poised as one of our top 5 vacations ever. Having cancelled all our trips since March 2020 and feeling the need for adventure, we booked Fawn Memories and a boat for a week. With a beautiful dock on the property, it was just a matter of packing up a cooler and heading out the back door to the boat. The home itself was pristine. And when I contacted Jackie with questions about additional disinfection of the house due to COVID, she answered immediately, explaining the extra measures they were taking. The home was spotless and we felt safe there as soon as we walked in the front door. Jackie was the perfect host... answering questions in a timely manner and checking in with us when we checked in. The kitchen is fully stocked with just about any cooking equipment you need. The beds were comfortable and the home is spacious. It felt like a home away from home. It was a wonderful week of fun, relaxation, and family time. Even our 14 year old son raved about how much fun he had (with only his parents to hang out with). We'll be back. :-)

Great Property!
Overall, the property was wonderful. Deerfield resort was easy to find. It was our first trip to Norris Lake. Our family really enjoyed the lake. The house was wonderful as well. Clean, nice decor and very functional.

Very clean house
Thank you Karla for allowing us to use your beautiful home. It is very well stocked for cooking and very clean. The pool, playground and tennis courts are about a mile away which we also enjoyed. If planning to use the boat lift, be sure to inquire about the dimensions. I totally forgot this piece and tying up on the side of the dock isn't a good option due to the traffic and wake that is created through this piece of the lake. Deerfield has slips that are available for rent too which is great.

When can we come back?
Perfect house for our family vacation. Very efficient layout and well equipped. Everything was clean, in working order, and convenient. We celebrated my mom's 86th birthday with ages ranging from 10 to 86. We all loved it! It was great to be on the main channel for the view and quick access to towing. We really appreciated having the boat lift so our boat was protected from the incoming waves.

Calm, relaxing cottage
We had a lovely time - the cottage was bright, clean, and comfortable. The view was amazing. I did yoga on the deck most mornings, and really enjoyed the view, the birds and the deer. The dock was perfect for hanging out day or evening, the water was lovely and warm. We rented a boat and really enjoyed spending time on the lake. The kitchen was modern and everything needed was there.
