Wi-Fi is available. There is a private terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, and a barbecue. Baby equipment is available upon request. Enclosed area including a heated swimming pool (5x11m), shared by the owner and the two gîtes, with a solar shower and toilet, a 5-person hot tub, a 60m² covered area with a ping-pong table, outdoor games, and a pétanque court (pool/spa area and outdoor spaces accessible from May 1st to September 30th).

The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (pool towels included in the price). Heating, end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen, and towels are included.

Additional charges: Mandatory cleaning fee for business travelers: €130/stay. Business travelers do not have access to the pool. Tourist tax.
