We definitely will choose to stay at Life in the Woods again. The cabin was very clean, the open kitchen was well supplied, the mattresses were in great shape, the surrounding MERA is beautiful. Very quiet. Great place for a family get together.

The Cabin in the Woods in La Grande is wonderful! We loved it 2 years ago when we first stayed there and it was the same this time. The home is so clean and equipped with everything you need. The big deck is great to sit on at any time of day or night. We were close to town. We drove to a lake. My young granddaughters loved it. We also have relatives in La Grande. The cabin is close to all kinds of hiking trails. We saw turkeys, chipmunks and deer. It was a perfect vacation!

What an amazing spot in the world! We absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better as access to MERA is literally across the road. We had a wonderful time walking our dogs and enjoying the area. Great dog friendly home! The property is quiet and we were able to relax and unwind. This is one of the best stocked/supplied VRBO’s that we have stayed at and we stay at a lot of them. Cheers!
