Terrible property! Had to change rooms multiple times due to the AC units being so loud! AC units consisted of loud squealing noises….made it very difficult to sleep. The remote to the TV’s did not go to the TV’s, had to control television from the television itself. Every exit door was left unlocked or propped open making it feel very unsafe. The breakfast was terrible, cereal and oats options only. Ice machine's were “out of order” and soda machine only took cash or coins. This left me with room sink, room temperature (tap) water only with no ice. Beds are very outdated and very uncomfortable. I was sleeping on springs. I paid a premium Dallas, TX. price and received a 1994 version of a Best Western. Honestly, ranks in the top 3 worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Avoid at all costs!

No hot water! Besides there being NO hot water ( entire hotel not just our room) the staff was aware and did not tell us. The shower only directed half the water to the shower and the rest out of the water spicket again the staff was aware but did nothing to fix prior to our reservation.

Look someplace else
Where to start…when we checked in our room was on the ground floor, seemed unusual but Ok. When we got into our room it was an ADA compliant room which we did not request. The bathroom was again ADA compliant and basically a wet room. We decided this was not going to work for us, returning to the desk and asked for a room change. The person working the desk said there were no other rooms available and we would need to make do. When we requested to speak to someone, a supervisor she was magically was able to find another room. So with this corrected we went to the newly assigned room. Seemed Ok though you could hear people talking in other rooms. A one night stay at this place was enough… beds were extremely uncomfortable, miserable night trying to rest. I cannot recommend this place.

The property is very well cared for. I was particulalry impressed with the quality of their breakfast and how well taken care of that area is. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
