This recently renovated 77 sqm vacation home is spread over 2 floors and accommodates up to 6 guests. On the upper floor, you will find 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a shower. The ground floor features a spacious living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and coffee machines. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a television, a fan, heating with a pellet stove, a washing machine, a baby crib, and a highchair. Self check-in is available for your convenience.



Parking is available in the street, and public transportation is accessible on foot. A tennis court is located within a 15-minute walking distance. Please note that smoking inside the house is not permitted, and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected for the comfort of neighbors. A usage guide for the pellet stove is provided inside the house. Responsible use of the facilities and water is expected during your stay.



The house is located in Valsain, 3 km from La Granja de San Ildefonso and 14 km from Segovia. The Eresma river is just a 2-minute walk away, and you can start hiking routes directly from the property without needing to drive. Nearby activities include horseback riding, mountain and hiking trails, and visits to the National Center for Environmental Education with its temporary exhibitions. You can also enjoy guided tours of the Royal Palace of La Granja and its gardens, watch the monumental fountains run, and explore local gastronomy such as the famous judion de La Granja. The Glass Museum is also available to visit.
