Just a few steps from Court beach, this charming recently built house of 30 m² located in La Guérinière is ideal for a couple's stay by the ocean. Nestled in a calm and family-friendly environment, it promises you rejuvenating holidays just a stone's throw from the sea.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant terrace of 15 m², equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. A perfect space to savour your meals in the open air, enjoy the sun and share sweet moments after a day at the beach.



The entrance to the house is directly through the living area. You will discover a cosy lounge space furnished with a comfortable sofa, ideal for your moments of relaxation. Just next to it, the open-plan American kitchen with induction hob has a table that can accommodate 2 people. It is equipped with a refrigerator, a combined microwave grill, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle as well as everything you need to cook simply during your stay.



On the sleeping side, the house has one bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200). A shower room with shower and WC completes the accommodation.



One private parking space is available on the side of the house.
