Mycket bra och trevligt hotell! Perfekt läge i fina La Jolla, med promenadavstånd från stranden. Trevlig personal, god frukost och fina rum. Vi bodde vid poolen och där var det lugnt och städat.

Bra motell i utkanten av la jolla
Strand finns ca 100 meter på andra sidan gatan. Stora vågor, många surfare, alla som badar har våtdräkt. Fint att sitta på stranden och sola. Restauranger finns i närområdet

Great stay!
We had a great stay! Nice and clean room, with access to balcony with nice evening sunsets. Fresh pool area with lots of space. Breakfast OK compared to other hotels. Friendly and helpful staff. Walking distance to Windansea beach was great!

Bra, prisvärt hotell i La Jolla.
Hotellet ligger i ett bra område på promenadavstånd till havet. Finns ett par restauranger nära, en mexikansk och en kinesisk. Till La Jolla centrum med många bra restauranger är det 1,5-2 km. Vi hade ett hörnrum som var stort, 255, ingen direkt utsikt. Bra kaffeautomat och både kyl och frys på rummet. Frukosten är ok, saknar färskpressad juice, den juice som finns är mer som saft. Trevlig, hjälpsam personal.

The property was really close to the beach and within easy driving to UCSD so that was a plus. Hotel was decent and reasonably clean, but seemed a bit run down. The bathroom was pretty tight and difficult to maneuver with two people trying to get up and out in the morning. Really musty and the bathroom fan didn't help much. The complimentary breakfast was just OK - pancake machine not operational and the only egg option had cheese. We ended up checking out early.

Everything was ok, but this is really a budget motel. Lots of noise from cars, rolling carts, doors, loud A/C unit. If you're ok with that, then this is a nice location in a good area.

Our experience was excellent. We arrived about two hours before check in and they allowed us to do an early check in and upgraded us for free to a studio instead of a standard queen. The room had everything we needed and the breakfast was also excellent. It was conveniently located near lots of restaurants in La Jolla and walking distance to the ocean. All of the other major sights were all within about a 20 minute drive. The pool and hot tub area were also very nice but unfortunately the weather was not warm enough to take advantage of them. If you want to stay in a reasonably priced place in La Jolla, I would recommend this Holiday Express.

This property is a hidden gem. Close to downtown La Jolla and the beach. Walking distance to the tide pools. The rooms are spacious and clean, pool is great. Came with family as a pit stop on our way into San Diego and we will definitely be back. What a great little place.

Wonderful family hotel
This hotel was wonderful. It has plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for however many Beach trips you want to take. The staff is friendly and quick to respond. The pool area is clean and heated. The pool heater wasn't working one night and they had maintenance fix it within 10 minutes.

The suite was exactly the room for us. It was big and mostly clean, although there were clearly places that needed a more thorough wipe down. The shower drain was also very clogged. We stayed two nights, but housekeeping didn’t come to our room after the first night, which was disappointing. We would stay here again.
