“They don’t give you the beds you book for”

“Stayed there for one night due to a flight next morning. Pleasant stay and nice to not have to go the whole way in to town. Taxi cost 10 § and 8 § if the hosteria drives you. Ok breakfast and you can also order dinner which is totally fine as well. Good price compared to going down to Quito and the stay gave what we needed. Some waterproblems in our "bungalow" occasionally. The bungalow is more like a small cottage I would say.”

“Well located. Super family that runs the place. Very interested in helping with meals, plans or restaurants. 1/3 the cost of Holiday Inn and safe. If you come after dark, let them know when you’re arriving and they’ll look for you. Great place, will stay there again.”

“Everything done so well, from communication regarding transportation from the aiport to the hotel to the delicious fresh breakfast. The room was well appointed and clean and the bed comfortable. TV had YouTube and was easy to use. Bathroomhad wall-mounted shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of hot water and great pressure. Check-in was easy and friendly. Breakfast was plenty of scrambled eggs made to your liking as well as fresh fruit, bread, coffee, and tea. The rooftop view of the city...

“A very good guesthouse, you have everything you need and the office staff are also very knowlegeable. All staff are very friendly which gives a nice atmosphere. The house is beautiful and well maintained.”

“Midsize hotel with a quiet location. Room was very big with a good size bathroom. I was missing aircondition in the room, eventhough it was not summer when I visited I found the room very warm and had issues sleeping. There is a fan above the bed but not very helpfull. I ended up opening the window. Ok breakfast offer. Had 1 dinner there and the choice of meals was good.”

“More of a dried up Hostel than Hotel. What Amenities? I was DECEIVED. I want a REFUND, but it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact EXPEDIA, so I write this Review. First, Location is very good, just 2 minutes behind Quicentro, a Fabulous Shopping & Dining Mall. BUT! I Reserved an Apartment Suite, multi-rooms & Kitchen. What I was given was a run down single room in need of repair, with a dangling smoke alarm from the ceiling, electrical outlets so loose my plugs fell out, and walls so thin I could hear...

Staff is friendly and helpful and the food is great. Very accommodating with the airport transfers and anything else that you ask about/for. Highly recommended!”

“Es un hotel económico para una o dos personas jóvenes de paso , no con valijas por qué no hay donde guardarlas ( te proveen un locker con costo adicional ) el concepto “cápsula” debe estar bien comprendido al momento de la contratación, la misma que cuando accedes tiene cuatro botones luz tenue , luz completa , ventilación, y TV .”
