“Midsize hotel with a quiet location.
Room was very big with a good size bathroom.
I was missing aircondition in the room, eventhough it was not summer when I visited I found the room very warm and had issues sleeping. There is a fan above the bed but not very helpfull. I ended up opening the window.
Ok breakfast offer.

“Loved Hacienda! A beautiful stay only 15 mins from the airport but felt like you were surrounded by pure nature in a different world than the city of Quito. The walk on the trails is stunning, and the history is fascinating to learn how the owners discovered the tunnels on site and the Incan history connected to it. Oscar is so knowledgeable on the history!
Beautiful rooms, amazing food, the grounds are so peaceful it’s hard to think you are in Quito, lots of wild coloured birds, so many...

“Péssimo atendimento na recepção do Hotel! Inclusive a moça que se encontrava no dia de nosso check-in foi extremamente ríspida e nada amigável. Acredito que se melhorar o atendimento possa ser que seja uma boa opção de hospedagem, caso contrário, não vale a pena…
As instalações são boas, entretanto, sem as instruções adequadas vc não consegue chegar facilmente. Inclusive a atendente da recepção não nos orientou que uma das entradas ao parque não permite acesso após as 15 hrs.”

“This is a really unique gem located in Puembro. The staff, both reception and service, were great. Had a really early shuttle to the airport, which they provide. I missed breakfast because of my early departure, but they kindly packed me a breakfast box to go. Beds were amazingly comfortable!
Only issue was that it was NOT close to the airport. Expedia said “3.4 miles.” That may have been accurate for as the crow flies, but realistically you have to go all the way around something(?)) to...

“This hotel is in a residential area. There is no one around on the streets in the late afternoon when it’s still light out but because of the lack of people, it is my opinion, that increases your risk of walking in the neighborhood to eat dinner or go to the minimart. Every location including the hotel are locked up super securely. The staff were great. The breakfast was scrambled eggs, a cheese tortilla, fruit, coffee or tea and great juice. We were in the room right off of the reception and it...
