The apartment, on the second floor of a residential complex, opens onto a hallway leading to the living area, an open space complete with a double sofa bed, a TV, a dining table, a fully-equipped kitchen and access to the furnished terrace with dining area. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower complete the layout.

The apartment is a 5-minute drive from the pier that connects the island to Palau, a town about 45 km from Olbia airport and port.
