Our stay in La Maddalena was wonderful. The house was very clean and comfortable, convenient and with a view on the archipelago that took your breath away. Walking downtown was easy and there were good choices of stores nearby, from supermarket to local fish and cheese stores. The island of La Maddalena is not that big and with a car we were able to visit all the different beaches around, including the ones on Caprera where we arrived driving over a bridge. The owner, Luciano, was incredible. Welcoming, helpful - with suggestions about where to taste typical Sardinia food, and very proactive and responsive when we had an issues with the AC. He was very kind and I cannot speak more highly of him. Our family had a wonderful vacation and I am sure we will be back to your home Luciano. Thanks for everything.

Mooi appartement met prachtig uitzicht op La Maddalena en de zee

We hebben een hele mooie week gehad in La Maddalena. We hebben genoten van jullie appartement met prachtig uitzicht op zee en de stad. In de morgen heerlijk genieten van een kop koffie op het balkon en dan de boten al weer zien gaan. Een echte aanrader. Voor het uitzicht moet je wel een klimmetje maken, maar is prima te doen. Vanaf het appartement kun je binnen 10 minuten lopend in het centrum zijn. De auto heeft de hele week in de garage gestaan en hebben met de fiets het eiland en de stranden bezocht. Bedankt voor de mooie week.

Vacanza nell'azzurro più azzurro

La vacanza è stata bella un pò troppo condizionata dal meteo, bella perché avevamo scelto una casa molto bella, la veranda con vista spettacolare sul mare è stata dura da lasciare, bella perché pur avendo viaggiato molto il mare più straordinario l'abbiamo trovato alla Maddalena. Anche quel mare è stato difficile da lasciare. Ciao Maddalena, complimenti per lo spettacolo che ci hai permesso di condividere. Uno stesso identico grazie lo dobbiamo al proprietario della casa che ci ha dato la possibilità di vivere questa vacanza tramite la sua casa.

Superbe appartement et environnement

Un appartement tres coquet, d une propreté impeccable, avec un balcon et une vue extraordinaire + clim pour de bonnes vacances. Grande gentillesse, discretion et disponibilité de nos hôtes qui nous ont attendu jusqu'à minuit et demi pour nous accueillir (probleme d avion). Un grand merci. Super emplacement pour decouvrir la maddalena, caprera et tout l archipel.

Meravigliosa e rilassante

Per chi vuole soggiornare in posto tranquillo ma comunque vicino al centro è perfetto. La vista dal balcone è spettacolare. È dotata di tutti i confort, le camere sono molto comode e ventilate e le persone che la gestiscono sono disponibili, gentili ed efficienti. Grazie per la bellissima vacanza.

splendida vista

bellissima la posizione dell'attico con una vista mozzafiato su tutto l'arcipelago e soprattutto sull'isola di santo stefano....molto comodi i due bagni ampio il box..molto soddisfatti anche per la cura della sig.ra Tina nel tenere i rapporti diretti col cliente...due le volte che abbiamo tarscorso la vacanza e ci sara' sicuramente la terza...grazie

Tutto meraviglioso!

Abbiamo soggiornato da Luciano per 11giorni con i nostri due cagnolini! La casa è bellissima, dotata di tutti i confort (anche il box) ed è in una zona molto silenziosa. Perfetta per il relax! Il centro si trova a 10 minuti a piedi così come quasi tutte le spiagge più belle dell’isola (10 minuti in macchina). Grazie anche alla sig. Tina che ci ha accolto meravigliosamente! :) Speriamo di tornare presto!

Overall whilst the property provides a fabulous view of the town it needs a little attention

The property is situated just outside of the main town up a very steep road. It offers a great view from the Terrace however it could do with some updating and maintenance to fix a few of the facilities (for example the air conditioning was not working and the kitchen blind broke when we were being shown around having just arrived plus the main door lock isn't great and really needs changing). The list of facilities is a little misleading as it suggests a beach location plus boat and canoe which clearly aren't included. We arrived on a very hot day and had expected a few basic essentials such as bottled water and loo roll but again whilst listed as being provided, neither were so you need to take a few essentials to start with. The accommodation suggests it sleeps 8 but I'd suggest it's a maximum of 4 plus a baby. Bedding and towels are provided plus there's plenty of plates and cooking utensils. Overall we loved our time in La Maddalena and once we got to grips with the buses and how to generally get around, everything felt very easy. If you have a car then the property would be much easier to get to however if you're walking then prepare for a rather steep walk which I guess is a good way to wear off the pasta and pizza! Overall the property was fine I guess we expected a higher standard based on the price. The island won't disappoint you and the town provides a great selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. A lovely town.

Fantastisch uitzicht.

Het is een prima appartement erg schoon en met een fantastisch uitzicht over het plaatsje La Maddalena, de haven, de zee en zicht op Sardinië. Het appartement ligt hoog, dus het wandelen naar het centrum en weer terug is een uitdaging maar wel te doen. Het ontbrak ons alleen aan WiFi in het appartement, voor dit geld en anno 2016 vind ik dat wel een must. In de buurt prima gegeten bij Osteria da Zione aan de Via Cairoli 113 en ontzettend aardig personeel. Het eiland is een plaatje met geweldige stranden om te zwemmen en te snorkelen. Het wonen midden tussen de Italianen is erg leuk, leuker dan in een resort met alleen vakantiegangers. Het adembenemende uitzicht is elke keer weer anders, je ziet steeds weer iets nieuws een soort 'live TV' de echte TV hebben wij dus ook niet aan gehad. Een echte aanrader dit appartement op het mooie eiland La Maddalena.
