Whether you're traveling by car, boat, on foot, bike, or hot air balloon, you'll be captivated by the charm of the Loire Valley landscapes in a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Famous for its troglodyte dwellings and wines, the Saumur region will delight heritage lovers.

Spread over two levels, the cottage opens onto a delightful living room filled with old-world charm: terracotta tiles, exposed beams, a bread oven, tufa stones... for a truly immersive experience! On the ground floor: living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, etc.), lounge area with television, and separate toilet. Upstairs, two small, cozy bedrooms each with two 80x200cm beds (separate or joined upon request), and a television. A shared shower room (walk-in shower, vanity unit, toilet).

You can enjoy an outdoor area with garden furniture and barbecue, the outdoor swimming pool (5x10m, depth 1m to 1.70m, shared with the guests of the guesthouse), and the 1.4-hectare wooded park (careful with children: there is a water fountain and a pond on the property).
