apartment in La Mercy that comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
This beautiful beachfront property is just a short walk from La Mercy
beach. As you step into the apartment, you'll be greeted by its
spacious design. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need
for a comfortable self-catering stay, featuring ample counter space and
storage. For added convenience, it also includes a dishwasher and a
washing machine.
The lounge area is elegantly furnished with plush seating, adorned with
soft cushions, and a sleek modern TV cabinet with a large flat-screen
television mounted on the wall, perfectly positioned for optimal
viewing, creating a cosy gathering spot for movie nights or casual
conversations. Glass doors open onto a private balcony with comfortable
outdoor furniture and a dining set, creating a relaxing spot that
offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean.
The property boasts three bedrooms. The main bedroom is fitted with a
king-size bed with nightstands and a wall-mounted vanity with shelving,
while the other two bedrooms have queen-size beds. There are three
en-suite bathrooms, each fitted with a shower, vanity with washbasin,
and a toilet. One of the bathrooms also includes a bathtub.
Guests enjoy secure parking with round-the-clock security and can
participate in popular water sports like surfing, kitesurfing, and
canoeing. The beach offers fishing opportunities, excellent restaurants
and bars, or guests can spend a cosy night indoors binge-watching
shows.
For security and verification purposes, a valid ID or passport will be required at check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the
property, which is situated at 182 South Beach Road, La Mercy, KZN.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them
knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
