Thank you for your stay at our "Jewel of the Hills" Vacation Home! We are pleased you enjoyed our home and were happy with the fantastic supply of towels and the location for your son's runs in the neighborhood! You mentioned our prices were good compared to those places Downtown near the Convention Center...and the beds so comfy! We pride ourselves with conveniences for our guests such as a wonderful A/C unit to ensure everyone is comfortable during the summer months. In the future, we will definitely also provide fans for guests not wanting to run the A/C. Thanks for the suggestion! There is a full set of fine cutlery and a set of steak knives in the cupboard above the oven, right hand side/first shelf. Both bath tubs in the Main House are high quality cast iron with integrated non-slip surfaces for our guests safety. We have never heard a complaint about directions on the Google Maps. Sorry there happened to be a problem at the time of your arrival. We are pleased you enjoyed the Comic-Con Convention and your stay in our "Jewel of the Hills" Vacation Home. P.S. Tee hee... I am Italian! :) P.S.S. Only suggestions, so that future guests might enjoy the beauty of quality comforters, etc. The table was only covered after having to replace the beautiful wooden top do to wet glasses and hot items being placed directly on the fine wood surface. We are able to provide finer items for our guests only as long as there is mutual respect. Guests who do not wish to have the covering are welcome to remove it if there are willing to show care.
