This exceptional estate offers an unforgettable experience of comfort and relaxation, accommodating up to 12 people.

Located in the Perche region, a truly exceptional area, your haven of peace awaits.

→ The Kitchen: equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, gas range and oven, dishwasher, dishes, and wine glasses. Enjoy exquisite coffee with our Delonghi bean-to-cup machine and savor refined teas.

→ Dining Area: A table for 12 people in the ground floor living area.

→ The Lounge: Several lounges, including one in the ground floor living area, with comfortable sofas and a working fireplace. A lounge on the first floor with an HD TV and comfortable sofas.

→ The Bedrooms: 7 bedrooms in total, with various layouts to suit your group. Two master suites (one on the first floor with a king-size bed and another on the third floor), two additional double bedrooms on the second floor (adjoining rooms), two single bedrooms on the second floor, and a dormitory on the third floor.

→ Bathrooms: 4 bathrooms with bathtubs and showers for everyone's comfort. One bathroom with a shower and bathtub is located in the master suite (first floor). A bathroom with a shower in the single bedroom on the second floor, a bathroom with a bathtub adjoining another single bedroom on the second floor, and a bathroom with a shower in the master suite on the third floor.

We provide shower gel, shampoo, and hand sanitizer.

→ 2 HD TVs with local digital terrestrial channels (access to Netflix and other streaming services)

→ Wi-Fi available throughout the mill

→ Large Garden: A large, partially fenced garden, quiet and private, with garden furniture, a barbecue (charcoal not provided), a fire pit, and activities for children such as a swing.

→ Large terrace overlooking the river. In summer, swimming is possible in the river with a small designated beach area.

Practical Information:

→ Self Access: Enjoy unrestricted entry with a key box, available from 4:00 PM.

→ Convenient Parking: Free parking is available on the property for easy and hassle-free access.

→ Heating is provided during the winter months. As the mill is energy-intensive, please ensure that bedroom doors are securely closed.

→ Cleaning fee included, including laundry service for bed linens and towels. Dishes and the refrigerator must be cleaned by the guest. Trash must be taken out according to our instructions after your booking. If the mill is not left in the same condition as upon your arrival, an additional cleaning fee may be charged.
Beds will be made upon your arrival for your comfort.
