The complex is currently undergoing progressive renovation of the building façades. At present, there is no noisy work during stays, so no disturbances are expected. The pool, common areas, and playground have already been renovated and are fully operational. The remaining renovations concern only the façades of some buildings, so you may see visible elements related to this work in certain areas. This does not pose any safety risk for guests. It does not affect the interior of the apartment or your comfort, but we prefer to inform you transparently to avoid surprises on arrival.
