"This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The rental management company was helpful and arrived early for my departure which allowed me to hit the road early. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jennifer"

"Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement. Il est spacieux, fonctionnel et très propre. Parfaitement situé, à proximité immédiate de la Plage du Midi, à quelques minutes des commerces de Barbâtre et à quelques tours de roues (vélo ou voiture) de tous les beaux sites de l'île de Noirmoutier. L'accueil (conciergerie) a été parfait et les propriétaires sont très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir."

"Nous avons passe un excellent sejour. la maison est tres bien équipée et tres bien agencée . La propriétaire etait tres a lecoute, nous a conseillé certains sites a voir. Elle nous a laisse de la documentation Environnement tres calme, nous avons loue pour la semaine du 1er mai. Les vacanciers netaient pas encore present. "Lovely house for our stay in St Jean De Monts. Lovely peaceful garden to sit in. The owners we delightful and non intrusive. The area was very close to local shops and the main town was not too far away. A great place to stay with plenty of local places of interest to visit."

"Location au calme, à quelques mètres d'une belle et grande plage. Tout près de St JEAN DE MONTS, de St GILLES CROIX DE VIE où de NOIRMOUTIER, qui peuvent se faire en vélo sans problème, avec des pistes cyclables partout. La maisonnette est bien équipée, petite terrasse agréable et ensoleillée. Je dois noter un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Mr RUIZ et je le remercie encore pour la gourmandise de bienvenue..... Je reviendrai !"

"Logement sale en arrivant. Pas nettoyé pour l'arrivée.canapé déchiré et très sale. Les photos que j'ai vu sur votre site sont très très loin du logement en réalité. Très déçue de cette expérience."

"The rooms are basic, but okay for one night in the absence of something better. However, we found that the bathroom had not been checked as there was no toilet paper and only one light working which made it very dim and lights out in main room. Bed was hard and not at all comfortable. We did not have breakfast."
