This cottage is located in the countryside, 15 km from Fougères, 10 km from Erné, and 65 km from Mont Saint-Michel!

You'll enjoy a beautiful private landscaped garden with trees, a large terrace, and a pétanque court bordering fields and hedgerows.
The cottage offers a large living room (60 m²) with a fireplace and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, one with its own shower, and a bathroom. Two bedrooms have two single beds (90 x 190 cm), and one bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm). There are also two separate toilets.

Discover the permaculture vegetable garden and the owners' collection of cacti and junipers. Geese and chickens roam freely in their enclosures. Just 1 km away, you can also visit the "Remarkable Garden" in La Pellerine (open from May to September). Also nearby are the Renaudies garden (18km) in Colombiers du Plessis, and the municipal swimming pool in Ernée (10km).

Shops and services are available in Ernée (10km) or Fougères (14km).

The Chenedet leisure park (kayaking, treetop adventure course, swimming in summer, etc.) is 13km away.
