Step onto the Stadium Course at PGA WEST and settle into a home built for both relaxation and entertainment. Warm desert light, palm-lined fairways, and your own private backyard oasis set the scene for a Coachella Valley getaway that mixes resort energy with total privacy.

Living space
The living room centers around a large, comfortable sofa and a 75` Smart TV, perfect for winding down after a day on the greens or gathering the group for a movie night. Furnishings throughout are thoughtfully arranged to make the whole home feel easy to relax in.

Sleeping arrangements
This home sleeps 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds. The primary suite features a king bed and direct access to the pool. Bedroom 2 offers a second king bed, and Bedroom 3 is outfitted with a bunk bed, ideal for kids or additional guests. A crib is available, with a pack `n play/travel crib available upon request for the littlest travelers.

Kitchen & dining
The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker (pour-over). You`ll find cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt and pepper, plus dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a baking sheet ready to go. A dining table seats the group for shared meals, and barbecue utensils are on hand for grilling.

Bathroom
The primary suite includes an oversized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate walk-in shower. Bathrooms throughout are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer, with hot water and cleaning products provided.

Outdoor space
Your private, fully fenced backyard is made for entertaining, featuring a private pool and hot tub - both available all year and open 24 hours - a fire pit, outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and a private patio. A mountain view rounds out the setting for morning coffee or evening relaxation outside.

Game room & entertainment
Inside, you`ll find a pool table and PS5 gaming console for downtime with the group. The home also offers a TV, ethernet connection, dedicated workspace, and WiFi throughout.

Location
Located within PGA WEST on the Stadium Course, this home puts golf and dining within easy reach, including Ernie`s Bar and Grill nearby. A shared gym is also available nearby for guests who want to keep up their routine while traveling.

Good to know
Self check-in is available via keypad for a smooth arrival. Free parking is available on premises and on the street, along with an EV charger for electric vehicles. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome, and pets are allowed.

NOTE: We have many homes in PGA Signature either connecting, or within a few doors of this specific address. Opportunity to rent multiple homes right next to each other is available. Please inquire for larger groups!

NOTE- Pool and Hot Tub HEAT is a daily 50 dollar fee. Please reach out if you would like us to enable pool and hot tub heat. We allow pool to 88 and Hot Tub to 103 when fee is paid:).

NOTE- Optional pool fence if you have little ones!
We highly recommend travel insurance for any unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation policies are firm.

Please carefully review all PGA Signature Community Rules, all tickets will come out of the deposit.

PARKING- All vehicles must be parked in the garage/driveway (Can`t be hanging into the street or the HOA will ticket) additionally 2 vehicles are allowed on the street.

VEHICLE SIZE- SPRINTER VANS are not allowed in PGA Signature. No commercial size vehicles.

VEHICLE PASSES- All passes must be displayed on the windshield or patrol will ticket.

NOISE ORDINANCE:
Quiet enjoyment hours are from 10:00PM-7AM. Outside use is limited to quiet conversation only. No music or amplified devices from cell phones to Bluetooth devices are allowed. Citations will come out of the renters deposit, PGA West is a zero tolerance community, if security is called a fine will be imposed.

Loud noise isn`t permissible anytime of the day, per city (max 70 decibels from 7am-10pm) and is considered disrupting the peace of permanent residents, noise violations incur a $1000 fine (taken out of deposit) and possible eviction. Thank you for respecting our local residents!

PETS- If you plan on bringing your certified service animal or emotional support dog we would appreciate communication and documentation prior to check in to supply to the home owners:).

POOL/HOT TUB (RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT)

You understand that you accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and all accidents that may happen on the property and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers with swimming and may present a danger to adults who consume medication, alcohol, or drugs and children who are not carefully supervised. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming, exposure to any of our plants that can be poisonous if eaten, or any other activities on the property.

Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys` fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
