nice place. kitchen well equipped. master bath shower needs a new shower head. did not like that to use the jacuzzi, requirement was to pay for the 4 days, as check in first day was firm for 4 PM and check out is 10 AM..

Authentic Mexican decor, good location, good kitchen, fee to heat pool so we didn't use, 3 bedrooms good for 4 people. Could use more and comfortable seating in the living room. Needs some basic maintenance. I have a list in case you are interested in asking me on another format.Disturbing entry problems, due to lack of communication from property manager and broken key pad. Details if you ask me. Still, had a very pleasant time there.

Cute southwest decor. Great pantry and very good kitchen ware. Property is about 20 minutes east of Palm Desert. We're an older couple who found the master bed way too soft. Entry lock was very difficult to work, 10 digits in 10 seconds! Local staff, David, was patient with us. Also, Junior was very good at resetting the thermostat. The house could use some TLC.

We have stayed in La Quinta many years running and this neighborhood is our favorite. Being in the old town and near the hills is just awesome. The property overall is lovely, especially the outside courtyard. However, a few small details keeps it from being a 5 out of 5. The check-in was annoying (delayed code and the call center said we needed an in-person check-in when we didn't). Preheating the oven and using the toaster caused us to trigger the smoke alarm twice (they weren't cleaned). Instead of fixing the master bathroom door, they just put up a curtain, which seemed odd. It's a good property, but just needs a little polish.

We stayed here as an alternative to the expensive resort nearby. We found that everyone who stayed at the nearby resort actually was envious of our private accommodations with pool and kitchen. If you book this property, you will not be disappointed.

Cute little place. The pool was smaller than we thought but it was still a nice place to stay and we would recommend to others. Felt safe, clean, decor matched the environment, close to everything and had plenty of towels, sheets and pillows. The ability to park in the garage was nice too!

Stayed here for a family wedding. This was my first time in Palm Springs. Overall the stay was nice. The overall communication for checking in, instructions for how to check out and getting a hold of anyone was a bit of an issue. To heat the pool or hot tub it is an up charge so beware of that tid bit. Also, the main bathroom connected to the main room does not have an actual door, it is a curtain. This could cause an issue for privacy if you don’t realize it. The house is nice and comfortable and if you are staying in the spring/summer the pool stays warm enough you really don’t need to get it heated. Overall, nice stay!

From the entry courtyard to the master bath tile defines this charming get away. Located within walking distance to La Quinta and a short drive from the tennis garden makes it ideal place to stay while attending Indian Wells tournament.

So far everything is great, there were a few spots that could be cleaner like the kitchen table gaps ( food in between), also we got bitten by spiders or some insects inside the house, but that may be part of the summer experience. Other than that it was a great family get away!

This place has great potential but needs to be better cared for. The pool was dirty - you can see these bugs swimming around the boarders eating the algae
 on our last day they seemed to multiply. Im not sure if the pool is professionally cleaned
 if yes?!? Well you might need to find a new pool guy cause he’s not very good. Found a huge ROACH in the restroom luckily they have bug spray available but that really ruined the whole trip
 who wants these issues when looking to relax. I sent pictures to the property managers and not a word
 these people aren’t very attentive.

Nice area. Pool was perfect temperature, not heated. Smaller than expected. No laps or diving. Nice living quarters and bedrooms. Very comfortable. Washer and dryer in garage. Nice to have! Would definitely rent again! Thank you!

Property was clean and check-in was easy. Great communication from Vacasa! The beds were comfortable, house is very cute! Kitchen has cooking tools, pots, pans, but we had to run out for condiments and ziplocks. It was a hot weekend, so we loved the pool and enjoyed watching movies. Thanks for a great stay!
