-30 night minimum
-Additional $1,500 refundable security deposit required for all bookings not booked through abnb
-IDs required for all guests aged 18 and over

-Bookings made with credit card on any platform aside from abnb are subject to a non-refundable 5% credit card processing fee if cancelled and qualifies for a refund. (will receive 95% instead of 100%, 45% instead of 50%)
-Ring doorbell with motion sensored video on exterior near main entry door and casita exterior entry door. ***We have interior cameras we utilize during vacant months, however, these get unplugged, removed, and placed away when tenants are on site.
