En trappa upp Legacy Villas studio med en stor säng, minibar, öppen spis, badrum och privat balkong kommer att göra din nästa vistelse i La Quinta bekv��m och trevlig. Sovrummet öppnar för en privat balkong med utsikt över en fontän och innergård i Legacy Villas samhället. Sovrummet har gott om livsutrymme med en garderob, skrivbord och byrå. Minibar innehåller en mini-kylskåp, kaffebryggare och mikrovågsugn. Engångs redskap och porslin finns i ett skåp ovanför minibar. Badrummet har en dusch och en separat badkar med lämpliga sängkläder för användning under din vistelse. Dessa lägenheter är en kort promenad till samhället fitnesscenter, klubbhus, Legacy Grille och gemensam pool och spa. Villan kan kombineras med LV102 (Upstairs One Bedroom Legacy Villas Delight) för att skapa en rymlig lägenhet med två sovrum med två master sviter (beroende på tillgänglighet).

Semestervilla ligger vid Legacy Villas i La Quinta. Legacy Villas är en gemenskap av 280 resort lägenheter och townhomes. Njut av 12 saltvattenpooler och bubbelpooler, ett gym och ett samhälle klubbhus och grill. Legacy Villas är ett gated community med 24 timmars bemannad säkerhet. Get out of the snow

We were looking for a quick getaway with warmer temperatures for my sister and I. This was the perfect spot, close to everything we needed. The property far exceeded our expectations with a beautiful setting and lots of pools and hot tubs to use. Easy access to hiking and public pickleball courts. Had a great time and would go back again anytime.

The room was dirty with stains on the dust ruffle. The mattress was so uncomfortable that I didn’t sleep the first night. The pillows and comforter were very lumpy. I got my own so didn’t use theirs. The bedside lamp was broken and only stood up by leaning on the wall. The room was rundown.

Legacy Villas is beautiful grounds but this unit is mediocre at best. Shabby around the edges and adjoins another room that was incredibly loud.

What a beautiful location And a nice place. The only thing was the air conditioning vent rattled the whole time it was on. Other then that perfect.

Lack of responsiveness by management

The location here was fine for me. Once I got into the unit the large trashcan near the hamper was completely full and had not been emptied. The Internet did not work and I could not get it reset. I sent multiple messages and made four or five phone calls. Staff was not able to fix the Internet but gave me a secondary connection that worked during the day but it did not work at night. Of course this meant I could not connect to Netflix and other things on the television that required Internet. The air conditioning rattled from the ceiling from the minute it turned on until the minute it turned off. This complaint had been lodged in prior reviews. The desk chair was broken and was not able to be used. Due to the fact that management was not responsive to the calls or messages sent no one helped me as it’s related to the trash rattling air conditioning broken chair. There was some satisfaction with the Internet working for a short time and that team member was very Helpful. I feel most bad for the owner of the unit as the management failed them and me the gas this time. I have rentals with management companies that are certainly more responsive.

Home away from home, and then some

Wonderful stay! The property and it’s amenities are fabulous, we felt like we were at an exclusive resort. The room setup was perfect and what a treat to sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee listening to the fountains and watching the palm trees sway. We will definitely be coming back!

Love the area

We love Legacy Villas; it’s a beautiful area. This particular one is in a great location overlooking a fountain. Cons: some maintenance issues that tell me the property manager is overwhelmed, but trying. The door connecting it to the unit next door is thin, so dealt with neighbor noise. I would not suggest a studio again.

Stay review

The location and grounds are perfect. The condo was ok. Furnishings are old and outdated. Under the bed was disgusting! There was enough dust under there to fill a dust pan. Clearly the owner doesn't check that the cleaning crew does their job. Then my daughter returns to the area after being gone so has friends locally but she isn't allowed even a visitor? That's ridiculous. Definately won't be recommending this place or returning to stay.

Great except very loud AC.

Everything was clean, comfortable and as advertised except the AC was extremely loud, with a vibrating metal sound. Do not rent this property without the owner’s assurance it has been corrected. And the shower drain was clogged. Minor point, but needs attention as well. Otherwise, price and location were excellent.
