Welcome to our Villa at PGA West! We are located within the gated Greg Norman course directly on the 5th green. This villa features 3,700+ sqft of open concept living space with 5 guest suites, 3.5 bathrooms, and comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests. The wall-to-wall glass doors open up to a California room looking out onto a private pool, the 5th green, and spectacular southern mountain sunsets. A perfect getaway for those looking to lounge by the pool, golf, dine, or score in the game room.

As soon as you enter, you will be drawn to the back of the home featuring wall-to-wall doors that completely open up to your private salt-water pool with golf course and stunning southern mountain views. The outdoor area features al fresco dining space, fireplace, and high end grill station.

Just inside, entertain in the oversized living room with Roku Smart TV, wired sound system including master BR, family room, and backyard. There is ample seating with a plush sofa as well as wet bar and open concept seating at the large island. There is a large dining table with seating for 8.

The thoughtfully designed and equipped Chef's kitchen features granite countertops, Sub Zero refrigerator, Wolf 8-burner range, and Wolf double ovens. The pantry and kitchen are thoroughly stocked for a bake-off.

As if you needed more, there is also a Man's Cave or gameroom located off the private courtyard, featuring pool table, cocktail table arcade gaming, Star Wars pinball, dartboard, and two TVs.

We also include two 26" bikes with helmets and 240V EV charging in the garage.

Five large bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests in our villa. All five bedrooms include either Queen or King Beds with smart TVs. The Master BR is as big as an apartment, featuring work station and direct access to pool. It features an impressive two-person walk-in shower, soaking tub, his/hers sinks, and sitting vanity station.

Within walking distance is the Greg Norman clubhouse, with wonderful breakfast and lunch options as well as driving range and putting practice areas. Just adjacent are the Stadium and Jack Tournament courses as well as Ernie's, overlooking the double green.

LOCATION
Walking distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes from I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
