Neglected Property

They either need to update their pics or update their property. So many things not working. Not repaired. This property is completely neglected. We’ve stayed at many different properties. This was the worse. Property manager did not get back to us in a timely manner, nor took care of the nonworking fire pit at all. Very disappointed in this property. Cobwebs throughout the house. Dangerous tripping hazards in the backyard due to fountains that no longer work so they filled 1 in with a broken door or pieces of wood. A broken canopy that is an eyesore. We’ve also never had to wash towels before we leave. We would not recommend staying at this property. I think VRBO should remove it from its listings until the bring it up to par.

Less than 5 star

Upon entering there is a definite wow factor . From that point on get ready for disappointment. The outside patio furniture was filthy and in need of replacement, the pool needed vacuuming or at least swept, the landscaping was all over the deck, the outdoor kitchen was in need of a thorough cleaning The washing machine leaked out the front door and poured all over the floor Shower heads were semi clogged and we couldn’t figure out how to turn on the dishwasher. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum of utensils They ask for 5 star money but you’re going to get a 3 star residence …

Perfect Place!

Eight of us attended the PowerTrip Festival at the Coachella Grounds in Indio, CA. This house couldn't have been anymore perfect! It exceeded our expectations. With a huge amount of space to easily accommodate all of us. The place was beautiful and we really enjoyed our morning coffee sitting in the hot tub/pool which provides the most amazing views with a gorgeous golf course in the back and stunning mountains beyond that. The setting couldn't have been any better. And the property manager we worked with, Sarah, was fantastic. Very responsive and informative. The perfect host. We cannot say enough great things about this place. Thank you so much for a beautiful place and the hospitality we look forward to renting from your team again!

Great Location, Great House, Some Disappointment

We had some difficulty finding the address as the GPS was wrong. However, when we found it, we were thrilled with how beautiful the house was. It was spacious, all four bedrooms had an en-suite bath and king beds. The kitchen had every convenience you could ask for and the most gorgeous modern appliances. It has a beautiful pool and hot tub as well as two fire pits and seating areas. The view of the golf course and the mountains was spectacular. Those are all the positive things. However, there were some disappointments. When we arrived, we were given the rules of the gated community which included that we were not to park cars out on the street overnight. There were 8 adults, 4 separate families, so we all had cars. There would have been room for two cars in the double garage and two in the driveway, but the golf cart was parked in the double-car portion of the garage, so there was only room for one in the garage. I texted Sarah at LuxLiving Vacation Rentals and asked if the golf cart could be moved and also asked if someone could fix the handle on our toilet and the toilet roll paper holder which was falling off the wall. She said she'd try to find the key to the golf cart and asked if I'd like to have a repair man fix the items I'd mentioned. I said yes but no one came and the golf cart stayed where it was. The furniture in the house was in poor condition. The leather sofa had bad scratch marks on it, one of the living room chairs tipped to one side when you sat in it. There were bad stains on the carpet in one bedroom. The kitchen had all the latest appliances, but there wasn't enough silverware for 9 people or wine glasses without washing them after each use. We didn't have enough laundry soap to wash the towels which they asked that we do before checking out. Our final negative review is of the pool and hot tub. I paid $50 extra per day to have both heated because we knew the temperatures were not going to be very high and our granddaughter wanted to swim. They said they turned the heat on in the pools the night before we arrived, but the temperature of the pool never got warm enough to be comfortable, and the hot tub was barely more than lukewarm. As hard as we tried, we couldn't get the water temperatures of each pool to a comfortable level because there were no covers and with overnight temps down around 50, each would cool off a lot each evening.

Comfortable, Clean, Nice Bedrooms all with Privacy in a good Golf Community

This is a quality built property well located for avid golfers, has privacy in its yard with lots of space for hanging in the shade or the sun, with a great open floor plan kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Plenty of room for all your friends and family inside and out. If you choose the property, make sure you don't rely on Google Maps, as it's unaware of the proper entrances for the PGA West communities and will send you to an "exit only" gate. Also check with the property manager in advance regarding pool heating charges that may apply and potential towel cleaning charges if you don't launder before your check out.

Girls Weekend

8 of us came for a getaway weekend and we were super happy with our choice of houses. It was BEAUTIFUL as soon as we walked in the door and the 4 bedrooms were perfect with everyone having their own bathroom and awesome room. We loved the huge kitchen and there were multiple places for all of us to sit and play games too. Outside we swam and jacuzzi’d every day in the beautiful pool in a back yard that overlooked a golf course and the mountains. Lastly, Sarah, the manager was fantastic! She was available immediately anytime we had a question and exceeded our expectations by taking care of any small issues we had right away - sending over wine glasses, coffee filters, etc. We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back!

A terrible stay

TV’s didn’t work all weekend, no cable and apps useless. Casita heat not working in 40 degree night. 2 of 3 king beds are twin mattresses put together. No wine glasses 10 martini glasses. Pool and spa do not heat adequately. 3 fans in living area and kitchen don’t work. Guests wash towels or pay a fee during a pandemic. Really? Orientation booklet out of date and not helpful. Rent at your own risk

Did not disappoint

First-class residence with great views of the desert mountains. Each room is large, clean and comfortable. The casita on the property is a great bonus for a couple with a small child. The kitchen is huge and well appointed. We easily cooked a 5 course Thanskgiving dinner in there with ease. The outdoor spa was great on those cool evenings in the desert. Sarah was a great host and was so responsive to all our needs. We are definitely looking to repeat this trip next year.

Pool problems

Everything about the house was lovely. Recently renovated. Very well stocked with the basics, in the kitchen: foils, spices, baggies, cups, bowls decent wine glasses. The beds were comfy, and rooms were very inviting. Louisa was a star, very responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. The only thing that was a complete bummer for us was the pool. It was the main attraction for us renting this home. Since we were going in November we paid to have the pool heated from the day we arrived through the last day. When we arrived, the pool was freezing. Louisa immediately got on top of it but then the compressor kicked off during the night so the entire next day was a bust for pool time. (Takes @all day to heat). Over the course of the rest of the trip the compressed continued to kick on and off. But again Louisa was so quick to respond - she exceeded expectations! Finally, on the last day we finally were able to enjoy the pool. Overall, the place was very, very nice and comfortable. Just a bummer that the pool attraction required so much daily attention.

Fantastic Golf Vacation

We are a group of 8, 4 couples that love to golf. This home was perfect for our vacation. The 4 bedrooms all have their own bathroom and all are well appointed. Comfy mattress, bedding, pillows, and very nice towels. Extra towels for the pool and spa were also a nice perk. The home was clean and the kitchen was great to cook in. After a day of golf we love to head back to the house where we cook, enjoy wine, a dip in the pool and relax in the spa. This home covered those important pieces for us. The location was great and the course was in perfect condition. Sarah was helpful and a wonderful host. Another great tip to LaQunita Golfing!

Excellent house for Golf

the four bed four bath set up was perfect for our golf getaway Some of the technology that runs the lights and jacuzzi were a bit complicated (mighta been our age) but once we got that dialed in the stay was a breeze. Sarah was super responsive. Phenomenal dining area made the meals feel like home. Awesome steam/ sauna shower in the master bath. Just a great place to hang.

Luxury Getaway

It is not an exaggeration to label this property luxurious! It is spacious, high tech, clean and picturesque. The manager was always available by text and super helpful. It was a real treat to stay in such a beautiful home.
