Upon entering, you will discover a pleasant living space overlooking the garden, perfect for sharing moments with family or friends. The tastefully furnished living room invites you to relax, while the 12 m² terrace equipped with an outdoor table and barbecue will allow you to savour delicious meals outdoors, in the shade of the pergola or under the Breton sun.
The independent kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso and Senseo coffee makers, toaster, kettle... Everything is planned to cook with pleasure and simplicity.
On the night side, the house is spread over two floors. On the first floor, you will find two comfortable bedrooms: the first with two single beds (80x200), ideal for children or friends, and the second with a Queen Size bed (160x200). The second floor houses a spacious bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x200), nestled under the roof for a cosy atmosphere.
A lovely surprise awaits you also on the second floor: a private cinema room with projector and benches, for unforgettable film evenings after a day at the beach or on a walk.
The house has two bathrooms: one on the ground floor with shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and separate WC; and another on the first floor with shower and also a separate WC. For even more comfort, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board are at your disposal in the house. You will also have space to store 4 bicycles safely. The accommodation does not have a private parking space, but you will find free parking spaces in the street in front of the house.
