“A lovely family run hotel with attention to detail and great service. Great location, with a super pool (great for kids). Beautiful views across the hillsides. Breakfast was delicious and very fresh. Friday night BBQ and live music was a lovely experience. We visited a local Thai restaurant on Friday evening, as recommended by the hotel - they weren’t wrong. It was really tasty and the service excellent. All in all would highly recommend and would love to return to Hotel L’Abbaye!”

“We loved our stay at this property. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming. They provided us with a delicious dinner on out first night and waking up to breakfast each morning was such a treat. Everything is home made and fresh! I also had a lovely massage which I would highly recommend. The pool area is relaxing and picturesque, while our gite had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope we can come backa again soon, ”

“Amazing. Fabulous property, great facilities including pool. Lots of parking. Excellent customer service from the get-go. On site restaurant was absolutely outstanding. Food amazing and service could not be faulted. Great breakfast too! If satnav takes you to narrow white gate, it’s difficult entry angle. Keep going round the hotel to wider gate and easier access round other side! Reception is at the back of hotel.”

“This is by any definition a magnificent property and it it is so beautiful and so well managed that any criticisms feel like nit picking. The staff cannot do enough, the rooms a lovely and the property itself is unforgettable. The only complaint is that the rooms are exceedingly dark and they would do well to either provide higher wattage bulbs or install reading lights on the beds. ”
