“I had an excellent experience at Holiday Inn Acapulco La Isla! The hotel was wonderful, and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend it to other travelers looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay in Acapulco. I would happily return on my next visit!”
“Un hotel ya viejo, necesita ya remodelarse
Habitaciones muy viejas, camas , sábana, colchas muy viejas
Refrigerador viejo y en mal estado
Con ventiladores, deberían tener ya aire acondicionado
La verdad muy mala experiencia
No volveria”
“The staff was great. The food and bar was ok. Was clean but the room was so small it was difficult to move around with the walker. The beds were ok but the linen and towels were gray, they were very old and nasty looking. The color of the towels were supposed to be white, but they were so old they looked like they cleaned the floors with them. Not very impressed about this place.”
“The staff is amazing, the villas have everything you need, but not all of the villas are on the beach. There are no beach chairs on the beach for you to sit on. The ACs in the rooms work well but in the summer the living area and the bathrooms are super hot. If you open all the doors it helps but it is still a sweat fest.”
