“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Comfortable Stay and Great Value We had a very pleasant stay at Spark by Hilton Glendale Phoenix North. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided excellent value for the price. “The property is easy to access and the hotel looks really nice.....the breakfast was good and the shower was nice.....the bed on the other hand sucked I cud feel the springs in my hip and back all night it sucked to sleep on I woke up sore as hell”

“Very good if you like bed bugs, smelly rooms, sticky floors and no water pressure in the shower. Pros: Did not rain in, even in monsoon rain!”

“I did not stay here. I drove around the building, to find the front office,and there were homeless people all around it. When I went into the front office, there was an obvious person, under the influence and probably homeless, trying to check in. The office also smelled heavily of smoke... I feared my vehicle would get broke into,so I left.”

“When we stay someplace we prefer not to do any house keeping. They had us throw our own trash and we had to leave early 5:30 am for a hospital procedure. This seems to be a trend and i dont care for it. Plus i am quite sure people are living there. Just gotten much worse since last time. We will not stay there again”

“It was so dirty, flys everywhere dog food under the beds. Smashed roaches stuck to the wall. I didn’t even stay the night . I left a few hours later to sleep in my car. Wasted $69.”

“This place is like section 8 housing. Our unit had to be opened by a screwdriver, the toilets didn't work, lights didn't work and it was dirty and not maintained. I think when it first was apartments it would have been cute but the people staying there and the buildings were super sketchy. Will never go there again”

“I don't know what the problem was but I had to leave early because I could not receive mail or packages never received anything in writing or on the site also I have a recently issued gov't I'd with a picture and everyone kept that I was crazy that it is not me and several other women implied that they are me that I stoled my id also I look exactly like the picture”

“Backup plan when our 1st choice decided to overbook their rooms. Price wasn't terrible considering it was last minute. Location looked like a fortress with barbed wire and metal entry gate. No microwave, no fridge and oddly no bedside lamps. Literally just a bed with a TV. Water pressure wasn't great. Loud neighbors. While I probably wouldn't stay here again, it did the job and the check-in attendant got through the process very fast.”

“First of all, as soon as I opened the room, cigarette smoking smell stung the nose. A roach was laying inside of the bath tub. As we got out of the front desk, trying to find a path to get to our room, a man approached us. He said something to us. Hard to understand but I got scared. Next morning I woke up due to someone's loud crying noise.”
