🛏️ 3 bedrooms, with a capacity of 6 beds with orthopaedic mattresses and pillows: 2 large double beds of 160 cm and 2 twin beds of 90 cm (or very large double bed of 180 cm).
🚿 2 toilets and 1 bathroom with Italian shower and double sink. Common to all three bedrooms but nevertheless with locks.
👔 2 bedrooms with dressing room and a storage cupboard with wardrobe in the living room.
😎 South-facing terrace with outdoor furniture overlooking a pleasant landscaped garden.
⭐ Since March 2026, the cottage has been classified 3 stars according to the Atout France tourism quality standard.
✅ Beds made on arrival with bed linen and hotel-quality blankets. Except for twin rooms where beds remain to be made, in order to leave the choice between single beds or extra-large double bed (bed linen also provided).

🍾 Stock of 6 bottles of wine at the back of the cellar: please restock by equivalent of your choice.

🛝 Children's playground right next door (common to the housing development). Parc du Moulin de la Cour nearby for nature walks and picnics.
