We apologize for the temporary inconvenience due to the temporary failure of the lift, which was immediately restored. Having said that, in just under a month, the palace will present itself in all its splendor as it deserves, an ancient and prestigious noble palace, but to do so, unfortunately we had to face small inconveniences. Too bad you did not also talk about the advantages you have had at our facility, it would have been important for us since talking about the facade restoration is not resolvable for us as it is work on the building and not of our relevance because our property it is only a small unit inserted in the context. We apologize, but as these are extraordinary and external works to the building, we cannot intervene unless we wait for the next completion and then enjoy all the advantages. I am very happy that you spent a nice holiday in my rooms. The double room of your choice is the smallest of all but has a lovely view from the balcony over the main square. Our guests receive an immediate message with my telephone number for any immediate contact through a call or message, perhaps you have not read my message immediately after booking ... and in any case the telephone number is also indicated on the reservation together with the data of the structure.
