Vi ville bo nära stationen och då får man acceptera ljudnivån. Ägarna av hotellet är helt underbara. De upptäckte att ett par glasögon gått sönder och tog direkt initiativ och lagade dessa. Vill varmt rekommendera hotellet om man vill ha ett enkelt boende.

Nice stay in strategic posotion
Giulia was super nice and provided us with great recommendations to get the most out of this trip. Parking was a bit tricky in this area, but Giulia sent us to a large parking lot 5 mins away that had available spots most of the time. Overall a great stay. Cash is recommended.

It was pefect except for the fact that I would pay in cash and the bill was charged from my credit card before my check in. But the B&B is next to the station 5 minutes walking and very clean and confortable!

Good service and location
Received a warm welcome from Julia who gave helpful advice re: transport and attractions. Room was clean and spacious enough for a lone traveller. Breakfast around the corner was nice too. Internet was fast. Hot water would turn lukewarm and eventually cool after ~10 mins which is probably a good thing for someone that tends to overstay their welcome in the shower haha. The only issue was soundproofing. I was able to hear the next-door conversations quite clearly and I felt very conscious of the music/videos that I was playing. Perhaps bring headphones if you’re worried about disturbing other guests. Oh and the lift door requires a key to unlock so you might struggle to get your luggage to the third floor when you first arrive. Would suggest ringing in advance to check that someone’s able to let you in and help you with luggage if you’re not travelling light. Location wise, literally next to the central station and a short walk to the port (I appreciate your definition of “short” depends on your mobility). Overall a nice experience and would stay here again.

Very good value for the money. Excelllent timely indication for late entry. Agreable owner. Close to train station, use elevatoRby the station. As there in no front desk, luggage storage may be more practical at the train station ( €5 per piece). Simple but nice breakfast at closeby bars.

Our stay was very pleasant, our host could not have been any more accommodating, helping store luggage and generally making sure we were comfortable. Location right near the station ment we did not have to cart luggage far. would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation. Ray

Kindest, warmest hosts! Really went out of there way for our family of six. Very modern and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. We were surprised by how much we love La Spezia and it's shops and cafes. Absolutely loved it here!

Very close to the train station for a short stay. Visited Cinque Terre and used this hotel as a based point. Very convenient location. Hotel staff was very helpful.

We arrived late the first night but followed Giulia's directions (a bit complicated with the elevator) and made it to our room with no problems. She gave us helpful advice on visiting the Cinque Terre (do not miss Portovenere, and take the boat on the way out and the train on the way back).

Wonderful host and great location
Im an asian girl travelling Italy alone. Giulia and her husband has awesome hospitality. I was really sick so they called me a doctor too. Rooms are tidied up everyday The location is great for anyone looking for relatively affordable accomodation outside of cinque terre. The villages are very accessible by train in LaSpezia. Supermarkets are 3 min and 10min walk away

Ótimo hotel para um bate e volta em Cinque Terre.
O hotel fica bem próximo à estação de trem, muito conveniente para quem quer visitar Cinque Terre. O quarto é silencioso, acolhedor e agradável. O café da manhã é no bar (café) bem em baixo do hotel. A cidade de La Spezia é muito bonita, vale a pena dar uma volta para conhecer.

È stupendo quando alla bellezza del viaggio che intraprendi ti capita di soggiornare in un posto bello, pulito e accogliente! Perché questo è "La Branda", comodità e cortesia. Per ciò che abbiamo pagato ci è stato riservato in trattamento che difficilmente ti viene offerto in una qualsiasi altra pensione. Davvero magnifico, posto consigliatissimo

The place was newly renovated. The owners waited for us as we have a late train arrival. She was very nice and accommodating. She gave us some tips around the area and how to get to the tourist destinations.

Great hotel in a perfect location
Giulia is very friendly and accommodating of changes. The room was in perfect condition in a great, very walkable location. The bed was comfortable, the amenities adequate, the room had many power outlets in convenient locations, and Giulia was very helpful in explaining the keys to the room and the main attractions around.

不好找人的飯店
預約時一定要提前與民宿主人聯繫，我們遇到的情況是抵達民宿門口卻找不到人，千辛萬苦的才找到人幫忙開門～是個非常不好的經驗，不過民宿主人是很友善的

チェックインで遅れたけど待っていてはくれない。freewifiの使える何処を探してメールするも返答無し。 電話も繋がらず、部屋に入れるまで時間かかった。 他のゲストと話すと同じような体験。 到着時間は余裕をもって報せるといいかも。 駅が近くて、部屋は清潔、ベッドもヘタレテなかったし滞在は快適。

チンクエテッレの便利な拠点
駅から徒歩数分の立地であり、チンクエテッレ観光に便利。ホテルにはチンクエテッレエクスプレスの時刻表やフェリーの時刻表等も完備されてました。部屋には冷蔵庫、コーヒーメーカーもあり、水周りも含めて清潔でした。ただし、スタッフは常駐していないため、事前にチェックインの時間を伝えるか到着後に電話をすれば10分以内で来てくれます。スタッフは親切で拙い英語ながらも丁寧に説明してくれました。朝食は二ヶ所の近くのカフェと提携をしているようですが日曜日でも問題なく利用できました。ただし、パン一つにドリンクというシンプルなものでしたので、チンクエテッレでお腹いっぱいランチを取りましょう笑。 なお、スタッフは不在ですが、チェックアウト後に荷物を入れる保管ルームがあり、事前に言えばそこの鍵も別に預かり利用できました。

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Giulia, die Verwalterin der Unterkunft, ist eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und unkomplizierte Person. Sie hat uns sofort alle möglichen Infobroschüren über Stadt und Region gezeigt und uns Empfehlungen und Preisnachlässe gegeben. Das Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen, wovon wir bei der Ankunft nichts wussten, weil es nicht explizit dazugebucht worden war. Es war nicht im Haus sondern in 2 Cafés in der Nähe, wovon das eine eine gute Konditorei war, bei der man gratis einen Kaffee und eine Brioche nach Wahl bekommen hat. Das Haus ist in 5-Minuten-Gehweite zum Bahnhof und damit total gut zu erreichen. Auch in die Hauptfußgängerzone sind es nur 5 Minuten, zum Meer 15 Minuten. Das Zimmer ist mit allem, was man sich wünschen kann, ausgestattet - Handtuchtrockner, Dusche, BD, ganz viele Handtücher, Klimaanlage, Minikühlschrank, Tee/Pulverkaffee und LCD-Fernseher. In der Nacht kann man Pech haben und man liegt neben einem Zimmer mit einer dünnen Wand. Im Bad roch es nicht so ganz frisch und für Menschen, die sich an Staub stören, gäbe es vermutlich mehr zu bemängeln. Aber ich habe meine Ansprüche komplett erfüllt oder übererfüllt gesehen.
