Proche centre-ville. Petits déjeuners bien et pas chers.

Perfect location for Cinque Terre

Great communication, hosts always very helpful and responsive Perfect location if wanting to travel to Cinque Terre, clean and spacious. Had everything we needed for a couple travelling around Italy We asked for some washing to be done and they did it right away and returned straight back to our room, couldn’t have asked for more :) Would recommend to friends and family!

So happy with our choice to stay here. You can be at the La Spezia train station after a quick 5 minute walk. The owners were very easy to communicate with and offered advise for seeing the Cinque Terre area. Plenty of dining options within a short walking distance. Very clean room. Would stay again on our next trip to the area.

Cannot fault!

Cute stay! Super close to the train station, and in easy reach of great restaurants, shops and bars. The staff were super friendly, and have very easy check in (code to open keypad containing room key). Beautifully decorated, quaint, and lovely night sleep. We chose to have breakfast elsewhere due to an early train booked, but the price for breakfast was very reasonable at the hotel.

Our host Chiara was very welcoming and gave us tips on what to see and do in the Cinque Terre. The accommodation was lovely and had all you needed in the room. We opted to have the breakfast which was fab. Plenty of choice and great coffee. The property is a few minutes walk to the train station so ideally positioned.

Excellent accommodations. Have stayed here before. Love having the windows open but trains are right behind, they wake you up at night. Owners are amazing. Love this place. Stay in room T to avoid train interruptions. But with windows closed can barely hear them.

Nice and helpful owner. The hotel just have 3 rooms, and is based in an apartment among other apartments. Very authentic. Breakfast is only served from 0830. But there is a nice breakfast restaurant near by. The Train is very close, and can be heard from the room, but with the train station near by, it is super easy to travel around the area.

Everything was great. The proximity to the train station is excellent! also near the town center with plenty of dining and shopping options. Although it was disclosed, I still wished there was a working elevator at the property. It might be personal preference but the AC could’ve been better. It was a little hard to sleep at night when it’s warm.
