Very good room for the price
Overall a very good experience, within walking distance of the central station. Only minor complaints are that some of the pillows had a slightly bad odour, and we could have used with some slippers. Otherwise a very good stay and well worth what we paid.

Great location in La Spezia....
This apartment is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre being very close to the station. The apartment is spacious well equipped and has excellent aircon. The bed was extremely comfortable. The owner Ciro couldn't have been more helpful, although having some italian helped as his english was limited. We stayed for 3 nights which was perfect to see Cinque Terre and the town/port of La Spezia.

Ruido en las noches !
Esta muy cerca de la estación central del tren, eso es bueno si vas a la playa o a sitios cercanos, sin embargo en la noche puede ser molesto en caso de que viajen con niños o alguien con el sueño liviano. El edificio es antiguo pero el apartamento está remodelado. Para pocas muy pocas noches esta bien.

Je n'ai pas l habitude de mettre des messages négatifs mais je trouve important d'avertir les futurs clients. Les photos ne sont pas contractuelles... Odeur d'humidité vraiment pas agréable. Il n'y a aucune isolation phonique avec la chambre attenante qui est séparée d'une porte fenêtre. Vous pouvez entendre vos voisins chuchoter...ce n est n y un hotel car pas d accueil sur place n y un airbetb car rien à part 2 bols pour le petit dej. Nous avons du acheter un couteau et des cuillères. Le parking est payant 8€ par jour. Seul point positif à 5 mn de la gare.

nice stay
overall nice stay. We only used this hotel for a place to stay at nights while visiting cinque Terre. it was plenty big enough for 4 people to stay with a nice bathroom! my only complaint was the room had a really bad smell (possibly secondary to the rain) and the walls were really thin so it could be a bit loud in the middle of the night.

Localização muito boa, bem perto da estação la spezia. O local não é bonito porém sem riscos. O responsável esteve presente no check in, super gentil, apresentou o quarto que era enorme. Super arrumado, limpo e moderno. Estacionamento custou 8 euros bem próximo e é do mesmo dono do quarto. Para quem quer montar base em La Spezia, super recomendo.

Glad we found this place! The air conditioned apartment for four people was comfortable, clean, very quiet and convenient for our visit to Cinque Terre. It is only a 10 minute walk from the central train station in La Spezia and the neighborhood is busy with people - We felt very safe walking from the train station after 23:00. The train to Riomaggiore was only 8 minutes (and included in the Cinque Terre plus Trains Pass). There are many local restaurants nearby and a Co-op supermarket a few blocks away. Free instant coffee and a very basic breakfast (toast packets and jam) were included, and there was cold water in a small refrigerator. The only minor things that were not perfect were the cracked sink in the bathroom (but it is only a cosmetic issue) and the shower temperature that was either hot or cold (but would not stay warm). Our host met us for early check-in - his English is a little hard to understand, but he is very helpful. This was a great place to stay for visiting Cinque Terre and much less expensive than staying in one of the five towns.

이탈리아 호텔 도착당일 방도없고 로비도 없고 연락도 없고 최악의 2시간
보내주신 긴급한 메일 잘 봤습니다. 황당하고 어이없네요. 상황설명을 드리자면, 저는 예약된 호텔에 2시경에 도착했으며, 아예 로비자체가 닫혀있는 상황에서 호텔측하고 연락을 취해보고자 전화를 시도했습니다. 처음에 약 13초가량 통화가 되었을땐 호텔측에서 익스피디아에 뭔가를 얘기했다면서 잠시만 기다려달라는 요청을 하고 끈어버렸습니다. 그 뒤에 10통이 넘는 전화를 해봤음에도 받을 수 없는 연락이라는 피드백만 받았으며 호텔에 붙어있는 주차장 전화부터 근처에있는 바버샵에 들어가서 물어보기까지 모든 수단을 다 동원해봤으나 확인할 방법이 없었습니다. 40도에 가까운 때양볕에 저희 장인어른, 장모님께서는 약 1시간 가까이 무거운 캐리어와 씨름하시다가 두통과 피로를 호소하시기 시작하셨고, 다행히 예약된 호텔 주변 eden 이라는 근처 호텔을 주변 행인들에게 물어물어 들어왔습니다. 방은 1실에 125유로씩 저하고 와이프 1개, 장인어른 장모님 1개 잡아서 총 250유로가 지출되었습니다.(필요하시다면 지출내역 확인 후 승인내역 증빙가능) 대체 당일 오전 7시26분에 호텔방을 못주겠으니 다른 방을 주겠다는 것부터, 황당한 경험이며, 호텔스닷컴측에서는 호텔측에서 사전에 연락을 받아다면, 최소한 호텔측에서 당일날 묵을 게스트에게 연락을 취하게 하는 조취를 취해주셨어야지 누가 요새 해외여행가면서 국내 유심꽂아놓고 전화받길 기다리겠습니까? 기껏 시간내서 해외까지 와서 이런일로 메일쓰고 있는것도 어이없고 화가나는 상황에서, 저희 가족이 입은 피해보상에 대해 알고 싶습니다.

Adesso sono veramente arrabbiato ,io vi ho contattato la mattina molto presto con molti messaggi, per avvisarvi del problema avuto ,voi da parte vostra non mi avete risposto MAI . Nei messaggi ti dicevo di aver risolto il problema trovando un altra camera molto bella e confortevole,ancora una volta voi non avete risposto MAI. Poi ho iniziato a telefonare al gruppo EXPEDIA per contattare voi ,expedia dalla mattina fino alle ore 17 circa ,mi ha sempre detto la stessa cosa ,non riusciva a parlare con voi ,la cosa piu IMPORTANTE il gruppo EXPEDIA, HOTE'S risolvevano il problema, invece hanno causato un problema ancora piu grande

Great home base for a visit to Cinque Terre
Great home base to visit Cinque Terre. Comfy bed, good air conditioning. Beautiful space that lived up to the photographs. The fridge did not work, but that was not really an issue.

Good apartment withot the high price tag
We are a family of 4 adults, the apartment was clean and reasonably comfortable. The only issue we had with it was that the second bedroom was very small and had 2 bunk beds in it. Location was reasonably good for getting around. The owner was pleasant and gave us a bottle of wine at the end of our stay, which was a nice gesture. Compared to the hotels in Cinque Terre, the price of this hotel was excellent and a very good alternative than the hotels located in Cinque Terre. It is a few minute train ride into Cinque terre. We also stayed in Riomaggiore & paid a fortne for something no better than this apartment. If in this region again would stay in La Spezia and travel into Cinque Terre.

Very clean, comfortable beds & close to the train
I read some reviews and was nervous but my stay here was lovely. I love the way the apartment looks and it was very clean, smelled nice too! It is more like an airbnb so may suit younger travelers but no complaints about my stay! It's also near the train station which is nice since you can get to other villages quickly.

On the day of check out, the owner of the "hotel" said that he didn't charge me for our stay through credit card as his machine was not functioning properly and as such we paid him in cash. Today I just received my Credit Card bill and realised that the bank billed us for the stay despite refunding it a day later. I was billed for the currency exchange through no fault of mine! Definitely won't recommend to anyone for such a disappointing experience throughout.

Great apartment
Really nice apartment, newly fitted bathroom, tea coffee and minibar. You need to email the owner before arriving to arrange check in as there is no reception. This wasn't a problem as he was waiting for us when we arrived. It's really close to the train station and a 10-15 min walk to the main street which leads on to the historic centre, so very convenient. The only negative comment is the rooms are not well soundproofed so we could hear everything in the room next door, and I mean EVERYTHING! Despite that would definitely recommend it, and will book here if staying in La Spezia again
