This spacious apartment, ideal for 5 guests, is ideally located in the northwestern part of the city, 0.8 km (10 minutes) from the central train station and 1.5 km from the historic center.

The bus stop right in front of the entrance allows you to reach the central train station or the ferry terminal in just a few minutes; both offer departures to the Cinque Terre National Park.

The Space

The apartment, measuring approximately 100 square meters, is located on the mezzanine level of a semi-detached building (please note there is a flight of stairs).



The interior is laid out as follows:



KITCHEN equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, electric moka pot, and various kitchen utensils;

BEDROOM 1 equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe

BEDROOM 2 with a double bed and a wall-mounted closet

LIVING ROOM: with a single sofa bed, dining area, and lounge area

BATHROOM 1 with a shower stall, sink, and toilet.

BATHROOM 2 with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and bidet

Private PATIO furnished with a table, chairs, and a beach umbrella



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioning (2 split units in the bedrooms), independent heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In summer, the average air temperature must not fall below 26°C for all types of buildings.

In winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C.
