Built in 1971, this bright home overlooks the famous Arcachon International Golf Course. Its architecture reflects its era while providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The villa features five spacious bedrooms, accommodating up to 11 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a desk and a high-quality individual sound system (Geneva), ideal for both work and relaxation. For added convenience, four bathrooms are available. A perfect place to enjoy great moments with family and friends.

LIVING SPACE
Step into a warm and inviting atmosphere with this bright and spacious living area. Featuring a comfortable lounge with a fireplace, a piano corner, and large bay windows opening onto a wooden terrace with stunning views of the natural surroundings, it is the perfect place to unwind or share special moments with loved ones. For an immersive movie night, a projector is available, transforming the living room into a true home cinema.

The dining area boasts an eclectic charm, with a sleek designer table surrounded by colorful chairs and a striking bookshelf that invites you to dive into a good book. Direct access to the garden creates a pleasant indoor-outdoor flow.

KITCHEN
The villa features an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room, creating a functional and sociable space to prepare delicious meals while enjoying the view and interacting with guests. Fully equipped, it includes a large refrigerator, an oven, a stove, a dishwasher, and all necessary kitchen essentials for a seamless cooking experience. The direct access to the terrace enhances its conviviality, making it the perfect place for warm family meals or friendly gatherings.

THE TERRACE

Enjoy a spacious and inviting terrace, seamlessly extending the living area. Designed for comfort and conviviality, it features a dining space, a small cozy sofa, as well as a barbecue and a plancha—perfect for outdoor meals and relaxed gatherings. Whether for a quiet breakfast, a sunlit lunch, or an evening under the stars, the terrace provides an ideal setting. The view is simply breathtaking at any time of the day, from sunrise to sunset, making every outdoor moment truly special.

BEDROOMS

-"Popette" Room: Featuring a unique artwork by a talented local illustrator, this room exudes authenticity and creativity. It includes a trundle bed (90 cm) that converts into two sleeping spaces, as well as a large desk. Overlooking the peaceful garden, it’s an ideal space for both rest and focus.

-"Surf" Suite: Boasting breathtaking views of the Arcachon Basin, this room is designed around the world of surfing, with a captivating photograph of a surfer in action against the volcanic rocks of Lanzarote. It features a 160 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

-"Gerval" Suite: Known for one of its iconic photos, this serene room offers an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature. It includes a 160 cm bed, a large desk, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.

- "80's" Room: A tribute to the vibrant 1980s, this room features a pop and colorful decor. It showcases one of the first Swatch watches and artwork by Brazilian artist Romero Britto. With a 180 cm bed and an additional 140 cm bed, it is ideal as a family-friendly room.

- "Auguste" Suite: Highlighting an original piece by a renowned Bordeaux artist, this suite offers a 140 cm bed, a sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. A comfortable space, perfect for a stay blending relaxation and inspiration.

PARKING
Two parking spaces are available in front of the villa, with additional space inside the property for more vehicles. Please note that the parking area is on a slope. An 11 kW charging station is available for electric vehicles.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
A €3,000 security deposit will be required for the rental. Managed through the secure online service Swikly, this deposit is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your card’s spending limit.
Within seven days of departure, and provided that the terms and conditions are met and the property is returned in perfect condition, the deposit is automatically canceled.

PETS
Pets are welcome in the villa upon prior request. A fee of €50 per pet per week will be applied.
