Located in La Teste de Buch, on the Arcachon Bay, near the protected natural site of the Eastern Salt Marshes, its unspoiled beaches, and the coastal path, and a 10-minute walk from the oyster port, our small holiday home, fully renovated in 2019, welcomes you for your stay. Adjoining other houses (but not overlooked), it is situated in a small co-ownership in the middle of a quiet, wooded area. You can enjoy the tennis court, the pétanque court, and the children's playground near the cottage. You will have a reserved parking space next to the house with the possibility of plugging your electric vehicle into a charging station (electricity consumption will be charged extra). Fully air-conditioned, the house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge with two sofa beds (one double and one single), as well as a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, there is a small bedroom with a queen-size bed and storage. In the mezzanine under the eaves, you can enjoy a reading, games, or relaxation area with two single beds. Outside, extending from the living room, there is a 12 m² terrace with garden furniture. A lounge area and bar with an electric griddle under a lean-to completes the space. The price does not include electricity consumption beyond 8 kWh/day and heating, which are billed according to meter readings, bed linen and towels, or end-of-stay cleaning.
