The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Senseo, and all dishes and utensils for 5 guests. The living area offers a corner sofa for 5, an armchair, and a TV. The bathroom with toilet and shower is on the ground floor. A baby bed, booster seat, and baby bathtub are available.



Air conditioning is provided in every room. A washing machine is in the adjoining utility room. Outside, relax in your private garden on a fenced plot with 2 parking spaces, a secure storage room, a covered terrace with motorized awning, outdoor furniture, and barbecue. Sun loungers are also provided.



You have access to a shared aquatic complex with heated pool, lagoon, waterslide, and kids’ pool, as well as a playground and table tennis. Many activities and lively evenings are organized in summer. There are also pétanque, tennis, mini-golf, children’s games, and a park with animals (goats, donkeys, etc.) on site. Cycle paths invite you to explore the area, with several parks within 3 km. The Dune du Pilat and ocean beaches are 8-10 km away, the lake 10 km, and the beach 3 km. Shops are nearby, and on site you’ll find a restaurant, hairdresser, wellness area, convenience store, and bike rental.



Towels and bed linens are not included. Cleaning is the guest’s responsibility, or a cleaning service is available for an extra fee.
