- A 45 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in La Teste-de-Buch, in very pleasant surroundings. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
