The Milouin Apartment - Ref 503

Upstairs apartment with sea-view balcony in a small residence in a quiet neighborhood. The living room features a TV and 4G WIFI. The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge, induction hobs, electric oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a mezzanine above the living area with three single beds (90 cm). The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. The balcony is furnished with outdoor seating. A garage is available (max height 1.80 m). Optional cleaning service. Bed and bath linen are not provided, but rental is possible for an extra charge.



The beach is 50 m away, shops are 600 m away. The accommodation is carefully prepared; please respect the premises.



Even if you choose the cleaning service, you must leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all garbage and waste.



Check-in is between 3 pm and 6 pm. You will be welcomed at the agency for key collection and instructions.



Please do not subscribe to internet options such as Prime or video on demand. If not respected, extra charges may apply.



Parties are strictly forbidden.



Only household waste should be placed in the bins and taken out twice a week for collection. Other waste (glass, cans, cardboard, plastics, etc.) must be disposed of in the town’s recycling containers.
