Pleasant house with a construction defect (slight slope of the floor of the house) located 300 m from the beach and 1800 m from the town center. It comprises a living room with a television, a kitchen opening onto the living room with an electric stove (4 electric burners and an electric oven), a fridge/freezer, and a microwave, two bedrooms each with a 140 cm bed and a third bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and washing machine, a toilet, a courtyard with garden furniture, and a parking space on the public highway. (Pets not allowed) Housekeeping is provided by the tenant. Linens are not provided; rental is possible through our partner; contact us. Heating is extra from October 1st to May 31st, depending on the meter reading. Wi-Fi rental is available with a 5G router: €40/week.
