1 minute from the beach! Apartment with a terrace, ideal for families

  • We welcome you to our charming fully renovated apartment, located in a quiet area in the immediate vicinity of the city center. It is easily accessible on foot, by bike or by car. It is ideally located in Charente-Maritime, in Ronce-les-Bains (La Tremblade). You are only 150 meters from the beach, 1km from the market (open every day in season), the casino, the shops, the sailing school and the funfair. A cycle path leads you directly to the forest of La Coubre and the wild beaches.

    The accommodation consists of two comfortable bedrooms equipped with double beds (160 cm), new quality bedding and a dressing room in each. Sheets are not provided: remember to bring them. The living room, bright and friendly, includes a sofa bed and a television. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher. The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower. You will also benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washing machine, a barbecue for your outdoor meals and private parking spaces.

    Many activities are available nearby: the zoo of La Palmyre, exploring the oyster ports of Marennes and La Tremblade, or embarking for the island of Aix or the island of Oléron. A few kilometres away, also discover the salt tides of Mornac-sur-Seudre, the Cité de l'Huître in Marennes, the Cordouan lighthouse from Royan, or the aquarium of La Rochelle.
