Cocoonr offers you this beautiful 95 m² house in La Turballe, ideally located on the seafront, with a magnificent view of the ocean. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

It comprises an attractive 40 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two shower rooms and a garden of around 300 m².

The accommodation comprises
- A 40 m² living room with dining area and TV lounge opening onto the terrace
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, coffee maker, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x200)
- Bedrooms 2 & 3: each with a double bed (140x190), storage and desk area
- A double sofa bed (140x200) in the kitchen area
- Shower room 1: double basin, shower
- Shower room 2: washbasin, shower
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, cot, plancha.

Outside:
- A beautifully landscaped 300 m² west-facing garden, enclosed and private
- A 40 m² terrace with a view of the dune and the sea, equipped with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in La Turballe, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

- Nantes railway station, approximately 90 km away
- Nantes Atlantique airport, approximately 90 km away
- Bus stops at the port from Le Pouliguen and La Baule stations

Further notes:
- Vehicles are not permitted to pass through the property gate (access through the gate is for pedestrians only).
Parking is available in front of the gate, on the tarmac area within the private property grounds.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our local partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please ensure you leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- Only the ground floor of the house is available for your use.
