Comfortable and homey, and well equipped Loved the view and the farm-animal neighbors. It was very hot when we visited, but it was so pleasant sitting out under the shadow of the mountain, drinking coffee in the morning. Convenient to the park.

This is ours second time staying at this property and Eileen is wonderful. Her home is beautiful and how she makes you feel welcome is impeccable. More property’s need to pattern themselves after hers. Not a lot of clutter, very open, clean and great host communication. We love the use of the garage and the location is breathtaking! Thank you Eileen, we will be back.

We loved the house and the town of LaVerkin. The home was well stocked, very clean, and comfortable. It was about 25 minutes to Zion National Park. We went to the local market right down the street for lunch supplies (Davis Food) and grabbed coffee and breakfast at River Roasters about 2 minutes away, then off to the park.

Perfect stay for what we needed

This house was so cute and conveniently located for trips to Apple Valley and Zion. We would absolutely stay there again.

Home was very clean & comfortable. It was especially nice for 2 friends traveling together, as we each had our own bedroom & bath. Kitchen was well equipped. The host had a lot of local info for us to plan our visits to nearby national parks. An easy 25 minute drive to Zion, 2 hours to Bryce. We enjoyed the birdsongs & sunset views from the house.

Visit to Zion NP

We stayed while visiting Zion NP. We were close to all access points to the park and the facilities were exactly as described. Couldn't be more pleased with a vacation rental.

Lovely, comfortable place

Communication was excellent and check-in and out were simple. Location is lovely, with easy access to Zion and groceries, gas, and food options. House is perfect for a family and has just the right amenities. We had a great time and would happily stay again on our next visit.

This house was everything I was hoping for close to Zion national Park and Bryce Canyon, quiet, clean, safe, and well equipped. I loved the welcome sign when I walked in that had my name on it! Lots of little details that made me feel welcome.
