The interior of the apartment is very comfortable thanks to its thermal insulation. In addition, it has heating and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator and microwave. You will have everything you need for daily life: bed linen, bath linen, pool towels, kitchenware, cot, high chair, and baby bathtub.



Outside, the accommodation offers its own terrace, as well as common areas with a garden, outdoor patio, barbecue (use of the barbecue is subject to fire prevention regulations of the Junta de Andalucía, which may prohibit its use in summer), saltwater pool, and parking. Other highlights of the property are the small farm and the organic vegetable garden. For those looking for sports activities, there is a court where you can play tennis, football, and basketball.



Parties for young people or bachelor parties are not allowed; the minimum age to rent is 25 years. Please respect the environment, quiet hours, and the rest of others.
