On the first floor: a 40-square-meter living room with a built-in, fully equipped kitchenette; a sitting area with a closed-hearth fireplace; one bedroom (1 bed, 1.40 m, with its own private bathroom); and a separate toilet. Upstairs: a large mezzanine converted into a relaxation area leading to two open-plan bedrooms (1 bed, 1.40 m, and 1 bed, 0.90 m), a bathroom, and a separate toilet with a sink. Laundry room with exterior access, parking, and underfloor heating powered by a heat pump. Sheets, towels, housekeeping, and electricity are optional.
