“The staff was very overwhelming. I got several text from there personally phone. The lady sent me a text saying I need to check myself in. Then a few hours later I received another text asking about what my estimate arrival time would be. So I said 2 and then when I got there she was very rude and said check in time was not tell 3. She was on the phone with someone and had a head set on and was using foul language to them. Then I left a little while later after I got checked in and then receive...

“We stayed here at the start of a national parks trip. For the price we paid, amazing hotel. Driving into town, away from the cookie cutter hotels right off the interstate, was worth it. The room had lots of space, nice ambiance, and a comfortable mattress. Staff was really friendly and had nice recommendations. And the coffee was excellent. ”

“Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is approachable. The one downside I would note is showers are in dire need of maintenance. Poor drainage and bad pressure due to malfunctioning faucet. Stores and restaurants a short drive away. ”

Front desk clerk upon checkout told me since I booked through Expedia she couldn’t give me a receipt and I had to get from Expedia, however, Expedia website says since I paid at the facility I would get a receipt from the hotel. Also would like to see a small dog run since pets allowed, they need a space. ”
